Don't waste your time... Closed before they were supposed to. Everyone still working and they turned me away after I had puked up to the drive through. I arrived at 7:23pm and they are supposed to close at 8:00pm. Literally had to turn around in their driveway to get out...

I went to Tommy’s for the first time on Sunday and it was a fantastic experience. I got the Ultimate package. The car wash ride was fun and cleaned my very dirty car well. I was pleasantly surprised with the free vacuums and the clean area. A really nice attendant named Nathan was friendly and professional gave me a detail kit. He helped answer my questions and the detail kit was a nice perk which brought the experience to the next level. I’ll be back!

I stopped in to clean the interior of my vehicle and Jadon came and offered to help with taking my mats to the mat washer. That was very kind of him and helped a lot! I appreciate the nice customer service he provided. I also appreciate those in the office who smile and wave as you pull in. Just provides a nice experience. The only reason I didn’t give a 5star is because the rear center of my vehicle never gets clean in the wash. May be if someone could run a brush over the rear as the vehicles enter that would ensure cleaning of that section?

My vehicle hit the car in front of me while on the conveyor belt. Tommy’s Express will not pay for the damage. Use them at your own risk! I cancelled all my car subscriptions.

Hands down the best car wash I’ve ever been to. Dantae makes the experience so easy and doesn’t make you feel bad for using the free services which is nice. I’m usually more hesitant and definitely mentioned I didn’t want to waste his time as one of their mat dryers is out, but he insisted on taking care of the mats. I’ve never seen my mats so clean especially with having 2 toddlers and a hairy dog. He’s also very observant on others who need help. Car wash is great too. And clean restrooms! Definitely renewing my $64.oo membership :)

Staff is very friendly. Not much washing or spray on the grill or tailgate of trucks. Otherwise I like it. However it does not compare to Wasilla Lube Express car wash. They spray and scrubbed the front and rear of my jeep and git the bugs of you guys left on. If you want to improve, go see how they do it, for less, and better.

For the third time I wait more than 10 minutes to pay for a wash. Tell me what part of express this is? It’s such poor service. The second time I left without a wash. This time I’m stuck between cars so now I can’t leave. The owner better figure this out cause Anchorage is far too small to survive with this kind of service. It’s totally unacceptable.

Can’t tell you how excited I was to hear about Tommy’s coming to Alaska. As a dually owner, you just deal with a perpetually dirty truck as no other washes can accommodate the wide wheel well. Tommy’s does though! Beautiful, clean facility and nice folks. Only “con” I can think of is that the attendants only power wash the driver side as you enter. This has resulted in some residue that has stayed on my passenger side bed after 5 washes, unfortunately. Their competitors have attendants power wash both sides - which really cuts down on re-washes I bet. Thanks Tommy’s!

I got my car washed at the Abbott Tommy's in Anchorage today. When I went to clean my floor mats, learned the equipment was not working. Aspen came and took my mats and returned them in. Absolutely beautiful, clean. Ready to install condition. She was a great help . When I picked up a friend right after, she commented how clean the inside of my car was.

On a dreary, overcast day Ayla was a ray of sunshine. Cheerful and eager to help, she ran my dirty floor mats through the free washers and they came out good as new. Convenient location and great staff. One small suggestion to management: the rear of my wife’s SUV often still has dirty spots near the license plate; perhaps there are some settings you can tweak.

I do not recommend this car wash shop. I was sent 3 free car washes in the mail. When I showed up to use them they almost refused me services acting like they didn’t want to send me in for free. Then the worker said I guess I can send you thru a quick one. Then he proceeded to take my free coupons and never gave me my other ones back. The car was was very mediocre, rushed and doesn’t even clean your car well at all. It also scratched my car with one of the red scrubbers that are in the wash.

Good wash, I give it 4 stars. Worth a stop and getting a wash if you are in the southside! I went with very high expectations and it fell short of the 5 stars to another car wash in town. My car was very dirty and so I got the Super Wash. The driver side came out incomplete of the clean look. Passenger side looked great! I used the vacuum bay and I appreciated that too. It cleaned great! I was just disappointed that I needed to wipe with a rag the entire driver side. It’s one thing to have to wipe the tailgate (which I did too) but not driver side. I will still wash here when I am in the area! I will get clean if I am not as dirty perhaps? This in my opinion, would for me not be a monthly subscription type place. They are a superior to any of these laser or basic wash places but just a wash from time to time. I can appreciate what Tommy’s does.
