The staff was amazing to work with. In a pinch, they went out of their way to help me by staying late when I had been delayed waiting on the tow truck. They were clear about the process, explained everything thoroughly on the phone and even searched and offered choices on parts to use so I had the opportunity to keep the cost down. I priced from the dealership and found that Top Auto, even using 50% of the parts from the dealership, was still several hundred cheaper for overall parts and the labor was also several hundred less. Great business and I will continue to refer my friends there.

If you are a female or a guy that doesn’t know anything about mechanic pricing, don’t go here!!! They will finesse you out your money. They tried to charge me $2000 to fix an a/c in a 25 yr old car worth $3000….. hopefully this will save somebody money and time. No they did not take 3 hrs to find a leak, I told them the issue, a dye and some light doesn’t take 3 hrs…. In all honesty stop lying online to get business. The job takes an hour to do(which I’m doing myself) and you guys charged me about 1000$ for just labor LOL. I know pricing on labor for mechanic work, and I know %100 ya are over charging people for the work ya doing. Thank you

Great Place! I had my Range Rover fixed up for the first time at Top Auto and I was impressed. The garage is pretty darn clean and Geraldine was super helpful and honest. It was refreshing to hear a shop say "don't fix this, it's not worth it". She is super knowledgeable too about car repairs. I felt like I was getting fair pricing and advice. My current repair was more than reasonable and Geraldine/ staff will give you pros and cons of fixing certain things. Thanks to Top Auto and I will be back!

Amazing team of professionals in house ready to take charge to help diagnose the issue! Turns out was a simple fix that easily could have been over charged else where. After being misdiagnosed else where and explained to Tim what was told prior his team jumped in and fixed and corrected the issue right away. Had an amazing feeling walking in with my Brother's Land cruiser instead of huge bill walked out with a beyond favorable one instead with a smile and hand shakes all around for the amazing team here! I will highly recommend this shop to anyone searching for a fair and honest services as for myself for future visits to come for all my tune ups on all my cars will be sending my friends and family alike their way!!! I could not recommend this repair shop more. Aside from the place being clean and organized, and the owners being very experienced and knowledgeable, they are extremely honest - minimizing customer costs unlike so many other dealers or mechanics. I took my car to my Nissan dealership (car is less than two years old) where they recommended I pay for a list of services amounting to well over $2,000…. I was only there for an oil change and tire rotation. I then brought it to Top Auto where they inspected my car and refuted basically everything on that Nissan dealer list (rather than agreeing with Nissan but quoting me less $ to get the business for themselves). The services Nissan recommended were for older vehicles with more wear and tear or mileage 🤦🏻‍♀️. During my visit, TopAuto even topped off my coolant fluid for free which was BELOW the minimum level despite Nissan inspecting the car that very same day! PLEASE save yourself time, money, and stress - take your vehicles to TopAuto and recommend them to all your friends as well.

Professional, competent, trustworthy, honest, timely, courteous, communicative and they are excellent mechanics. They will service only what you need. Had spark plug condition assessment at the recommended mileage. They checked and found the plugs had been changed and were good. Saved me hundreds. Also coolant system hose replacement. They tested showed me the test results and I was confident of what specifically needed replacement. I’ve been in Orlando for 45 years. Been through several auto mechanics including dealers. These people are Orlando’s best auto and truck service.
