Update********* I wrote a review before and I have to update after I got my oil change from this place on my Mercedes began to act weird. First the guy made me wait 3 hours for an oil change he stated that the car was hot? But I get oil changes all the time while hot. The next day my computer started acting up trunk opening just random malfunctioning, my belt popped, then my high beams went out. Not sure what happen but someone changed my sensors on my engine. Changing sensors would require a cold engine not an oil change.

Be aware. Be very aware. Watch the turnaround time for your car repairs make sure you get itemized bills for each type of work done this was the worst mechanic we have ever gone to . We had to remove our car from this place and take it to another mechanic which was an additional expense to find out what was actually wrong with the car very disappointed in this shop.

Call to get maintenance work done on vehicle asked for costs but was asked to bring car in. Brought car in for inspection but weren't told $100 fee to look at car. We wanted timing belt change maintenance and nothing was wrong with vehicle. Left it there 2 days and called asking how much, the needed to keep it another day because mechanic did get a chance to look at it. All we wanted was a quote. He called us with price and went to pickup car. He charged us $100 and didn't replace engine cover. Went back next day requested to replace engine cover and clamps were lost. Mechanic said it's just one clamp and the car would be fine. After much debate he said he would order clamp and retained the $100. Now if you know what service you want done to your car don't go there because he can't give you a price without $100 quote fee. We actually went to another reliable auto shop and the price give over the phone at 1/2 the price he was charging. Oh and the $100 was going toward work if I would have had it done. Save your money ask for price without inspection costs shouldn't change unless an issue comes up. RIP-OFF!!

Expert professional service. I have an 18 year old, 140k mile, Mercedes CLK 500 that I had more or less neglected for the past 10 years, as a 3rd car, rarely driven. In fact, I had it towed in, by the owner's recommended company. BTW, I was very pleased with the driver who came to my house on this very sad occasion. I told Louis I wanted to drive the car to the Northeast in the Spring (from January) if he could make it right within my budget. After the customary service fee (anywhere) I saw another reviewer lambast the company for, Louis assured me that after our agreed upon repairs were complete, plus some lesser needed things I wanted, "we should be fine." Three visits and about $4500.00 worth of labor and OEM parts later, as I /we prioritized the work, I am giving a 5 star rating! My round trip to Virginia two weeks ago was reminencient of that same trip when the car was new to me. Loved the drive! Thanks, Top Notch! I've always felt that with an older car, you need, "a go to guy". I had one before at The Bimmer Clinic for this car and its BMW predecessor, but this shop, closer to my neighborhood, is the one for me now.
