★☆☆☆☆ Horrible. Made an appointment a week in advance for a simple key fob. Lots of lies about how complicated and how long it takes. Really? Our locksmith can do it in 15 minutes (but it was already paid for with a new vehicle purchase from another dealer). Showed up, waited for an hour, and told they didn't have the fob in stock. Sent me on my way. Then called me a hour later for my license plate? What's wrong with the VIN that you already have? "Oh we need the license plate to order a key." Lol. It's a temp tag and no you don't need a plate. Never heard back from them after that. Keep in mind the service was already paid for! Service shop is run like an amateur hour driveway.

★☆☆☆☆ Pretty bad, won't lie. Have brought my vehicle here multiple times. Service was usually passable, but finally had enough. Need one replacement part and to have it installed, after 2 hours of back and forth, they determined there's no way for them to order the part in advance of my service appointment, without me making a separate trip, in person, to pre-pay for the part. (would be approx 1 hour round trip). Expressed my issues with this and was told "We'll make sure to have a laugh about it."
