DO NOT USE THIS SHOP I REPEAT DO NOT USE THIS SHOP THEY ARE RAN POORLY ALONG WITH BEING LIARS AND THIEVES!!!! WHEN A VEHICLE IS TOTALED OUT AND YOU RETAIN IT THEY DO NOT PUT IT BACK TOGETHER PROPERLY!!! ALL 6 FRAME BOLTS WERE LOOSE WHEN I GOT IT HOME!! THEN NOT TO MENTION THEY PUT MY TRUCK OUT IN FRONT WHERE IT GOT DAMAGED MORE FROM A COMPANY ACROSS THE WAY CAUSE OF A MALFUNCTION OF THEIR TRUCK!! SAVE YOURSELF AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!

I do not recommend anyone chose this Gerber collision center My thought at first they greeting you welling and that the only thing I would say good about the company at first decision to come to there place not being referred or nothing just went They had my car for a month You telling me at the end of May I come pick my car up I have issues the next day the job they supposed have done was falling apart had to come back to get it fix how do you have a car for a month and piece are falling off Had another issues they was working on in the front of my car and loosen up my Connector I call the office back and told them They told me to come in they fix the problem They made me wait around to pretend to fix the problem The supervisor came out and say it not related to the accident In my report my car was hit in the front so how it’s not related and also the worker at the front desk said they work on my front of my car So by them doing that my car has been having issues I regret comming to this horrible shop than had the nervous to charge my company twice for a bad service they provided and didn’t do right the first time

Worst experience every in my life I was involed in a accident minor damages. I selected this company and was thinking I made a wise choice. I received a call saying my vechile was ready for pickup, when I saw it they had rubber hanging out of my light area, my lights wasn't working when I brought it there it was working fine. My car was rattling all over said they repair my running boards look like someone jack it up with a jack paint job horrible. I was so upset that I immeadilty contact them Steve is a joke and they entire staff at that location shouldn't be dealing with insurance claims. I still have my issues not resolved they damage my customize windowing tinting. Refuse to pay for the entire car to be retinted. I have a customized tint it cost me over $1,000 they gave me a check for $200 something dollars I had to bring the car back more than 4 times just to get them to do this right.i had received a email that they said they drop the ball and ask for another chance to correct the issues. I have to say this locations is beyond horrible it had me to the point I just will keep my thoughts to myself. I have not one good thing to say but if you have a nice car and you work hard for it and want the most quality and professional Collison service don't go there you will be sorry. I am so disgusted with them I just wanted to take my car they unplug my security cameras and try to steal my mirrors than after I told them about them they had them in my car they was vandalizing my car causing more can be than the accident paint runs damage and New damage that was not on my car. If you want a true review from me I AM WARNING YOU TO NOT DROP OF YOUR CAR THIS IS A CLOWN SHOW AND ANY INSURANCE COMPANY SUPPORTING THEM IS JUST AS LIABILE. I CAN SAY THAT THERE IS NO AUTHORITY IN THAT SHOP I AM URGING ANYONE TO RUN AND FIND A REPUTABLE COLLISSION CENTER THEY MANAGER SAID THEY DROP THE BALL AND ALSO HE SAID THAT THERE'S A BUNCH OF BAD APPLES THERE BUT YET HE IS THE LEADER AND HE JUST AS WORST KEEP MY CAR ALMOST A MONTH FOR UNDER $3,000 WORTH OF DAMAGES. IF YOU HAVE A CAR YOU WORK HARD FOR STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE VERY SHADY BUSINESS I AM GOING TO DISPUTE THIS PAYMENT I PAID WITH MY CREDIT CARD BUT AGAIN I STUCK BECAUSE THEY CAN'T EVER WORK ON MY CAR AGAIN DOOR HANDLES HANGING ROOF RACK HANGING I WARN ANYONE TO NOT USE THIS RIP OFF COMPANY

Gerber had repaired my truck recently and did an excellent job. I had a few minor issues, but Steve was very helpful and went the extra mile to satisfy me. Steve took the time to work with me and was very professional. ***Update*** After some time passed and the paint finally cured, I noticed some quite a few imperfections in the paint. They did not prep my vehicle or prep it well enough before bringing it it the paint shop. Paint has dirt in it (which should have been wet sanded out). Paint on door is very wavey. When I brought my vehicle back to show Steve, there went the excuses and he said he would take care of it. Well... Ieft the truck with them and all the did was buff that portion of the truck. I could have done that myself. Now... I would not recommend them to anyone. Once they get paid from your vehicle, that's it, you are done. You are now "warranty work" and they do not have time for that.

And I'm always met with great professional service from Mrs. Brooke Batiste, as well as Mr.Dewey Blanks. These employees should be commented for the excellent service that was provided to me. Management and the staff goes above and beyond the call of duty making sure that I am pleased. I was In a car accident on 8/24 I bought my car In to get an estimate on 8/25 they were able to take my car right then and there. I was able to get a rental car while there and my car was ready on 8/30! Very prompt service, kept me updated on the service and the front desk ladies were very sweet! I've used gerber collision twice, the first time it was a good experience but the second time was not so pleasant and that's because they tried to pull a fast one on me and lied to me and said the insurance company made a request that they didn't and tried to charge for something they didn't do. I called to get an update on my vehicle and they said they were waiting on the repairs for the rims I had on it when I was told beforehand which was also on my estimate that the rims would be replaced. But they were still charging a replacement fee when they were actually repairing the rims to come out cheaper on their end. So I told my insurance adjuster about it and we called in three-way in which they told us both that it was getting repaired instead of replace after being quoted a replacement fee. The insurance adjuster told them they should quote a repair fee instead of a replacement fee and to make up for it they decided to get my window tinted and do an alignment which the tire rod was really the problem that wasn't fixed smh. Now it makes me skeptical about ever using them again and I won't refer anyone to them because they weren't honest about the work they were doing. Just bad business which is disappointing.

Long story short, I brought in my car to get the mirror fixed since someone took off my mirror. Anita, the receptionist, was nice. What was supposed to be a 2 day job turned into a 10 day one. I was super patient with them and tried to be understanding, as my car isn't the only one that needs fixing, it's how they went about it that irritated me the most. I am a single mom and my son and I were stuck in or around the house for 10 days... until the day before Thanksgiving. Which I then had to rush around to go to the store and get groceries for Thanksgiving and just in general. They did a great job on my mirror, but did a very poor job communicating anything about my car to me. All I was told was "it'd be another day" when it obviously wasn't. When I finally got a hold of them, Molly had multiple reasons as to why my car was severely delayed, but none of them were conveyed to me any time I called or in any updates they sent me. Extremely poor service from Molly. Please take some advice and instead of dodging your customers' calls about their car: let them know what's happening with their vehicle and what's delaying it, instead of telling Anita to tell me it'll be another day or that you'll call me back and then not.
