Global Collision exceeded my expectations on every front—they talked me through the best approach to repairing damage to the front of my car, provided a more-than-reasonable estimate and honored it when I had to delay the work for several months, detailed my car, and delivered it to me at my home for no charge. I can't say enough about Global Collision Specialists, who worked on my Subaru Crosstrek. Reasonable quotes, worked through strange timing for me, reworked something they didn't think someone else did right, did exactly what they said they would do when they said they'd do it and all with an welcoming, kind presence. Cannot recommend highly enough! Brothers David and Daniel give it straight, and they do excellent work. They've done body work on my VW twice in as many years, and both times got it running *and* looking factory-fresh. Came in with a car that would’ve been classified as totaled if I took it to a big brand name dealer and they fixed it having it look better than it was before the accident. I didn’t have the backend right away and they stored my car there with no extra charge until I came up with the money. I’ve gone to Global Collision Specialists twice in the last 4 months and had great experiences both times. Co-owners and brothers David and Daniel are deeply skilled and just kind and classy on top of it all! They have decent prices for high quality body work and are good about knowing how long the job will take. It took a week for me to get some work done but they knew that when I brought the car in and told me how many cars were ahead of me so I could temper my expectations. I didn’t mind the wait because I knew the work was gonna be great.

I love these guys!! Great customer service, really affordable, and quality work! They fixed a dent in my car and were nice enough to just buff out an unrelated scratch for free. They did such a great job so I came back and they repainted my entire car. It looks brand new but is 16 years old. Highly recommend to everyone.

The size of their operation makes it difficult for them to turn out cars super quickly, but they’ll tell you upfront how long the work will take and do their best to complete it within that timeframe and communicate any adjustments that need to be made. Quality work takes time, so customers, be patient. You won’t regret supporting this business because you will be beyond satisfied with their work and the service. I sincerely appreciate all the customers who left positive reviews before me, for they led me in the right direction. I first went to a bigger collision shop with multiple locations for a quote and couldn’t believe their estimate. Always get a second opinion! Global Collision's estimate was more than half the cost of the big-name company because these guys are HONEST and skilled at what they do. They did an awesome job fixing my back bumper! The work was super clean, done in just 3 days, and cost me half of what other shops quoted. David is a really nice guy—no fancy waiting room stuff, but you can trust them to actually get the job done right. They’re clearly very skilled and I even saw them working odd hours just to stay committed to their delivery. Communication was also great throughout the process, which gave me a lot of confidence. It’s mainly a body shop, but he mentioned they do other repairs too, so I’ll definitely be going back for maintenance. Highly recommend!
