I had a 7:45 appt for an oil change. I arrived at 7:36 and was told there was a line of cars before me so my wait would be 2 hrs. So it's 1st come 1st served. What's the point of scheduling an appointment???

I’ve been here since 9am with an appointment because my car had a recall and it’s about to 4 hours and they still haven’t even checked my car to see the problem. I assume they’ll check the problem and tell me to go home and come back another time when the part arrives. What’s the point of an appointment than?

I purchased a brand new Honda accord from here a few months ago in which one of my tires had a defect. Brought my car back in to get a replacement tire . I arrived a little before opening which was 7:00 A.M. and didn’t leave until almost 12:00 pm not only that the tech working on my tire looked as if he didn’t know what he was doing and scratched my rim. I informed the service department and was told they would have their rim guy repair it. It has been 5 months and still no repair. I’ve contacted the service department to see when he would be in so I can get my rim repaired and is told the same thing they’ll give me a call. I’ve informed them numerous times I work and would like to know in advance being I do not live in the area.Highly upset with this service I do not recommend!

Gave inaccurate estimate of when repairs would be done, costing me extra money and time. Then when I pick up my car it has an extra scratch and the repairs still have to completed somewhere else. Waste of my time. So frustrated by the experience as well, because of the lack of communication about what really was going on.
