Staff is friendly, service is quick, even just for an oil change you get more because the mechanics are actually licensed and they usually aren't at oil change shops. The shop itself may look outdated from the outside but there are nice amenities in the waiting room including a Keurig and snacks.

Don’t let these guys get you out your money. I had a coolant leek on my car so I decided to take it to them they told I had to replace my water pump and thermostat which they charged me $650 to do, no more then 2 weeks later my car started to leek again so I bring it back and so now they told me I had to replace my radiator WHICH THEY CHARGERED ME $600 AGAIN TO REPLACE NO MORE THEN 10 DAYS LATER MY CAR IS LEEKING AGAIN SO I LOOKED UNDER THE HOOD TO FIND OUT IT WAS JUS A BAD HEATER HOSE SO NOW IM THINKING LIKE WHY DID I PAY A TOTAL OF 1250 FOR THEM TO FIX A PROBLEM THAT ISNT EVEN FIXED YET, THIS MF TRIED TO CHARGE ME AGAIN $300 TO FIX A PROBLEM THAT SHOULDVE BEEN FIXED THE FIRST TIME THESE GUYS NEED TO GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK AT THIS POINT..... STAY AWAY FROM THESE SCAM ARTISTS

Will never take another vehicle there again. Had a vehicle with antifreeze leak. Had to take vehicle back 4 times. every time I picked vehicle up they said it was fixed only to have it start leaking within a day. every time I took it back they said another part was bad . finally had to get owner involved. after app. $1000 spent it was a simple hose that was bad. Now 2 yrs later one of the parts they replaced went bad. Never again.!!!

I recently went in for my oil change and biannual tire rotation. After a few minutes, I was informed a stud had snapped while they were attempting to remove a front wheel. $100 to replace the stud, because they had to remove the brake caliper. I asked if they had sprayed the lug nuts with WD-40 prior to attempting to loosen them. “No,” came the answer. After I left, I thought, a stud can’t cost more than $10, and it took them all of 45 minutes to complete the job, so the labor was $90 for something they broke? I think it’s time for me to find a new place to take my car.

Used to trust them, no longer do. Had car (saab 93, 2007) towed there after radiator broke down while driving. Was told id need new 'upper radiator housing', after all was said and done, charged me nearly $300. 1 week later radiator still leaking, brought it back, said couldnt find problem but added a clamp and charged me another $50. 1 week after that totally broke down again (radiator leak), had a friend look at it this time--he found the part online for $15 (that they told me had to be imported be cause it was foreign), and he fixed it for free--havent had a problem since--this is a typical buyer beware/mechanic taking advantage of someone scenario. Be careful!!!!

I have been going here since my first car in 2000 and Jerry is still at the window giving sound quality advice, I trust his words and he never steered me wrong. Service is pricey but u do get what you pay for, I never had to bring my car back for the same problem or check behind their work.

I went over there to get a quote on a cold air intake instalation. And the guy on the front desk stepped in to shop where mechanic work gets done and talk to he's mechanic come back and tell me the he's mechanic say he charge 90 dollars per hour and the this job could take like 8 to 10 hour. considered they never have done it before. I say no thank and walk away. when to my home and mind you I have never work any mechanic in my life open the box where my cold air intake came and start reading the instalation Instructions I got the work done myself. because I refuse to pay $90 per hour. and got the job done in 45 minutes. Don't let this place get you. they will if you let them.

We use to come here all the time for car repairs and maintenance. After the single oil change I received, my fuilds we're not filled all the way. This resulted in my car having to be tested for burning to much oil. Due to this, I can't justify returning for service any longer. I have no idea what happened at this location but attention to detail is portant for that kind of thing. I hope for future customers you realize that is crucial for maintaining a healthy vehicle.

Untrustworthy! Had my pick up towed here cause the gas line was leaking. They told me they had to order a special gas line. Not only did they lie but over charged me. The way I found out was about a month after they fixed it. I went to another car shop to have them look at my exhaust and they point out that my gas line had been pieced together. So what they did was instead of putting on a new gas line, they pieced one together with gas line pieces. Do not trust this place👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽

I have had nothing but great service here. Jerry Anderson (mng.) has been very helpful and friendly, he has a very good group of mechanics. I'm a truck driver and I'm on the road a lot, it's nice to know that they take care of my vehicles issues when my wife brings it in for repairs and not take advantage of the fact that she's a woman. Jerry treats us like family, and does everything to make sure that the job is done right the first time, if not he makes it right. If your looking for a long time shop for your vehicle you found it here with , Jerry & company Thank You guys keep up the good work! 😀

I have had my Ford Escape 2 times. Both times they fixed it in a very timely manner. Other things were pointed out on my truck but it was just mentioned & when I could afford it, they will get me in. No pushing about it needs done now just polite quote which to me is how all auto care places should be. Polite, cheap & thorough, no sales pitch. I have to say all that & the elder looking man with a beard is so polite & not bad on the eyes. I will go no where else now. A good repair shop that does not overcharge on parts nor labor.
