I was very impressed by the professionalism and expertise when these people installed camper tie downs and wiring. Everything was solid and well done. I had a minor accident where my tiedowns needed a little fixing and I brought them to their facility in Kent. They went right to it and did what needed to be done for no extra charge and a happy “we appreciate your business”. I’d recommend these folks to anyone!

I had a hitch bolt lock on the back of my truck that would not unlock (locksmith could not get it to unlock). I talked to Keegan and Dylan at their Torklift office, both friendly and knowledgeable. They arranged for Brandon to cut it off. Brandon went to work and pried it off quickly. Keegan helped me select a new locking bolt of the right size, length, and type for maximum effectiveness, even going out to my truck to make sure of the proper selection. I appreciate this prompt and very good service.

The crew at TorkLift Central are really good. 5 STARS !!! I brought in an older truck brake hub with a broken wheel ( lug ) stud that needed fixing. While they didn't have the replacement stud in stock, they did knock out the broken stud for me in just a couple minutes, which helped me go to the auto parts store to match up & get the correct replacement stud. Got a front hitch added to my MB RV and it worked out great. I was coming from out of town so I called ahead to check on fit, sent a few pictures and got confirmation. All in all it was a good experience plus I got the bonus of being able to walk around Kent for a few hours to check it out. The cutout in the shroud looked a little unfinished so I added a vinyl trim to finish off.

Shoutout to Torklift Central! I purchased a canopy and running boards for my truck which required installs I was not able to do. When looking all around at highly ranked places and the best price. Torklift ended up being the winner in preliminary quotes from places and after research. After the install I would agree they are still the winner! They had great customer service, the pricing they quoted me was the price I paid, and the quality of the install is great! Everything seems to work from lighting, to electric running board motors, to a well sealed and built canopy! Had the glow revolution step installed in our Airstream. We have a lift kit so I had to go with the three step version. I ordered through them, made reservations for install week later and all went smooth, except for some glitches with scheduling. But everyone rallied when they realized we were going to be stuck there For an entire day plus driving home on Friday afternoon traffic on interstate five to Tacoma. It was frustrating for a while, but they really pulled it together for us. The steps are very sturdy and work smoothly. It’s nice that you don’t release a button and have to jump away to keep your knees or shins from getting smashed. The step space is not quite as deep as our previous step so it will take a little getting used to, but the stability is remarkable. Easy to find. Be sure to turn in off Pioneer St so you can be traveling southbound in the alley. They’re always busy! Nice waiting room if you have to sit and work.

An hour before the appointment, which had taken a week to schedule, I received a phone call asking me to cancel because they were going to repave their parking lot. Luckily, they still honored my appointment, considering I was on my way and having to drive an hour ( +/- 30 mins in traffic). I sat in their office and used their wifi to work remotely for the day. It was a relief to have the wiring completed, as I needed to pick up a trailer that weekend. All was well, or so I thought. They did not connect the reverse lights. Not essential for going forward, but extremely helpful when backing into a camping spot at night. But the kicker was where they ran the wiring and how that caused the insulation to melt around the wires, and the crimp connection to the battery was not securing the wire. Bad on me for not testing it before I left the parking lot. Shame on them for the terrible workmanship and lack of communication. Maybe at a different time, when they weren't more concerned with repaving their parking lot and were more focused on doing a quality job, this review could be more positive for this place. ‐------------ Looking at the photo after reading your response, I see what you are thinking is a crack in my exhaust. Thanks for saying you will call me to warn me. However, my car was 2 years old with less than 7,000 miles and a crack is highly unlikely. The dark mark was where I pulled the wiring harness off the exhaust after discovering it was melting the shield and insulation. It was zip tied and crossed over the exhaust. No wire run connects to the reverse lights. I was okay with the reverse lights not working, but scraping the wiring off the exhaust and seeing the improperly crimped wire run to the battery was concerning. When I checked the connection, it pulled out easily with no resistance. I suggest others assess if this business seems rushed, as it affects workmanship quality. Check all work before leaving; I wish I had.
