TOS took full advantage of me. I spent over $8000 to have my car repaired and it is not running. Had a new engine put in it. Add a new radiator put in it and a new battery in almost $2000 of work done my car ran for four days. One of the guys at the shop told me it must be bad luck. I wouldn’t recommend them to fix a bicycle they will take advantage of you and tell you that this is broken that is broke and they were overpriced. You I’m disabled and I’m a senior citizen and now I’m out of a car I can’t get to none of my doctors appointments. I am heartbroken. I recommend that no one goes to them. They are full of crap poor customer service they do not care about their customers. It’s so so sad.

What can I say but WOW, Mark my service advisor went above and beyond what I classify as customer service. Did a very detailed search for a part to my car which was very difficult to find, but he never gave up and found a new part yesterday. Would certainly recommend anyone needing service go to this location they go above and beyond. Also wanted to send a big thank you for adding all this repair work done to my car fax report, for future reference if I ever decide to sell this beautiful car, which I don’t LOL

TOS auto repair ordered the wrong part to fix my truck. Instead of owning up to it and saying “hey, we messed up, we’ll get the right part asap,” they called and tried to act like they were doing me a favor by finding the part locally and getting it at “their cost,” which was going to cost me another $70. It’s not so much the money as it is the principal. I was getting the same repair as originally priced out. When called out on this issue they did backtrack and stuck to our agreement regarding the price of the repair, but not without guilting me that they would have to pull a technician off lunch to go get it. I don’t mind mistakes, but I do mind a lack of accountability. We’re all human and all make mistakes but it’s hard to trust a business that can’t even admit that. Do not bring your vehicle here. Additionally, when dropping the truck off, one employee (Gary, I believe) said “damn Indians!” When chatting with me about my living next to a reservation. As an indigenous person, I do not appreciate such comments. Edited to add after reading response from owner: there is still no accountability being taken on their part. Rick ordered the wrong part for my truck and proceeded to patronize me and act like he was doing me a favor. Whoever is replying to this is continuing that behavior by reiterating that they had to make a “special long trip,” and no you did not have my truck ready by the weekend, it was a Monday night. I’m not wasting my breath any longer on grown men that cannot take accountability for their actions.
