Luis helped me with a slow leak in my tire. They found a nail and showed it to me at checkout and I appreciate them being honest and showing it so I could feel certain as a young woman I wasn’t being played. As someone newly responsible for the full care of my car, I was unaware that if a tire doesn’t need to be replaced they don’t charge you for patches/repairs. I thought that was very nice and as a fellow service worker I tipped my mechanic as we all should! It was also very quick and seamless process. My mother is very cautious and picky about who she lets service and repair her cars and she has been coming to this town fair tire location for over 20 years and has always relied on them. I see no reason to take business elsewhere!

Always great service. When you make an appointment, they respect it and the wait time is minimal. The staff is courteous and professional. I’m there several times a year for tire rotations for our 4 cars and other issues when needed. Highly recommend the Stamford CT store. Their phone service is not recommended as you can’t get directly to the store. it takes you to the 800 number and then you get transferred.
