Worst experience ever, I was going through starting the guy who spoke with me Hayder al Lami, he didn’t told me the part cost he told the total will be approx $608. At the time of delivery when I checked the price, part is just for $8.98 and they charged $600 for labour. For the same thing when I checked with firestone & kwik services they told me labour cost will be just $120$. Just for break fluid they charge $159 Just a suggestion to avoid this service centre.

The most horrible customer service experience I have ever experienced in my life. Dealt with the supervisor Mike Oddo who seems like he has no personality and has no clue of what he’s even talking about. Not to mention they misdiagnosed my jeep and charged me $500 and problem was not even fixed. Had me miss another day of work for them to act dumb and not get my issue resolved. They have these teenage kids working as mechanics who are so unprofessional. Do not come here to service your vehicle please !

Parker McKinney is very nice and helpful. We are traveling and have a tire blown up. Not only he helps us replacing the tire but also offering to get us our second key fob. Because we didn’t buy the truck here, Parker has to call the tire & wheel bundle claim office to get the tire covered as well. Overall a 10/10 experience and we really appreciate your help.

The service tech lost one of my wheel locks that was on my Rav4 SUV during a tire rotation being done. I drove into the dealership with all my wheel locks and regular bolts on all four tires. I had to buy new wheel locks because they refused to do the right thing and fix their mistake. Toyota of Irving Service department are dishonest and deceptive. It is sad the you have take pictures and or a video of your vehicle before dropping it off and check your vehicle when you pick it up.

I always get excellent service with my advisor, Mike Oddo. I started coming here after my experience at Family Toyota in Burleson where I would wait up to 4 hours for an oil change. Mike usually has me out before my estimated time. He is always upfront with his pricing. It is easy to get in during the week. Of course, like all dealers, they are swamped on the weekends. But, if you make an appointment, the process will go a lot smoother.

Stay away from this Toyota service center. They will try to push you upsale everything, even if you’ve had the service done less than 10k miles ago and the service interval is not even close to recommended mileage. The service advisor also can’t tell a difference in manufacturing year and car year in which it’s classified which is very concerning. He also said “you live in Texas” is the reason to get the service done even though it’s a 100k interval and my car only has less than 60k. I will not return to this service center and will drive a little further to the old and honest Toyota dealer I used to go to. Service advisor was Michael Odda.

I've been going to Toyota of Irving for years (15). I am no longer happy with their service. They used to be the best around, but they no longer meet the standards I am used to. I had brought my vehicle in for a quote on a repair. I told them what it needed, but I was charged $475 to confirm it was that. That's fine, but the quote for the repair was more than what the car is worth (greater than $10,000), so it was easy to say no and decide to do it myself. The problem really was getting my car towed home. They didn't let my tow truck person know where the car was located, and they had to drive around looking for the car. Then it was crammed in a spot that the wrecker could not get to. When they went to put the car in neutral to pull it out, they had let the battery die on the vehicle, so he also had to jump the car. Finally, the car is home, and in looking at my motor, they broke my Lexus engine cover in half and glued it back together and put it back on the motor. You could have just disclosed you broke it in when looking at the motor, instead you tried to hide it. As someone who knows every part of their vehicle, I was going to catch your mistakes. So now I'm out an additional $100 for a new engine cover because I wasn't there to point out the issue when the car was released. That's on me, but you should have told me it had happened. I have had some other minor issues with my other vehicles and services as well, but I don’t need to go into detail on those. I now ask Toyota of Irving to get their service back to five stars like it used to be. It will help you keep customers coming back, instead of losing them like you have me.

The service person, Jeffrey Lincoln, that assisted me was very helpful. I had a lot more work than what was anticipated on my car. I went in on an evening to get initial work started and he was able to get me scheduled the next morning early, and out at a reasonable time. I went to schedule a repair for a recall my car has (the passenger airbag not deploying) and also to get my engine light checked. I came in and was greeted by Mike and the word “greeted” is giving too much credit. He was so lackluster, unfriendly and very monotone. I already got a bad feeling, but I was already there. He told me it would take me 4 hours for all of it, so I told him to just do the recall and he quoted me 2 hours. 2 hours pass by and instead of him coming to waiting area where I was to give me an update on the status of my car, he calls me to tell me that it’s going to take longer. So I tell him that I would just take my car back because I didn’t have time. But it makes me wonder, what did they do in those two hours with my car because it doesn’t look like they did anything. Anyways, this is my 4th visit to a Toyota service center and they’re equally just as bad in their customer service or lack thereof. I will be writing to the president of Toyota both in the USA and Japan.
