We were passing through from Boston to NYC when the van broke down. They acknowledged & agreed to check the van immediately. 2 hours later, the van is still parked in the same spot. 6 guys in the office standing around looking pretty...meanwhile service is at a standstill.

I bought a car here in 2020. They gave me two bad batteries in the last 2 years. Wouldn’t recommend getting your car maintenance or fixed here.

I just called to get a price for a transmission drain and fill. JUST THE TRANNY DRAIN AND FILL, NOTHING ELSE. They quoted me $499.99 for a full flush, as that’s all they do. I nearly fell over. I asked if they at least change the filter and they said no. They didn’t even ask how many miles I have on it ( 140k) so you actually DON’T want to do a full flush on a car with that many miles. I called A1 Toyota, and was quoted $249 for a drain and fill, and $429 for the tranny, both diffs and transfer case oil change. I bought both my Toyotas from Stamford Toyota but they just lost a customer and A1 gained one!
