The folks at Tri City Transmission took very good care of us. Mike was excellent at helping to get us a replacement transmission, and even with supply chain issues, they did a great job. When the 2nd transmission was found to be faulty (not anything they did, just a bad bearing) they got us right back in and took care of the replacement again, under warranty. We trust this business and appreciate their work.

I took my truck therefore , a new transmission took it back and the Fixed it. Had a leaking transfer case. Tuck it back. 3 times each time they told me it was fixed still lakes. Would not recommend taking your vehicle there

These people were super nice. But they yanked us around on when the vehicle would be done for 2 1/2 weeks. Then when we got our vehicle back they broke a piece for our ignition & now we have to go through hell to turn the vehicle off! When we called them though they did own up to it & said they would replace free of charge. But we have been waiting almost a week for them to have us come up their to fix it. They said they would contact us a couple days ago to let us know when we could come in, but once again we're getting yanked around. So it's very hard for me to give a good review considering my experience with them!!

Wasted a week of my time and the use of my car! My car was functional but needed some work. They gave me a good, free diagnostic check; quoted a fair price for the needed repair and indicated it would take a week. After 9 days, I went to check on the progress. They had not touched the car, said it would be another two or three days or so. It was still third in line. I was so upset and complained that I was without the use of the car for essential errands for over a week. The manager's comment was "you have a bike don't you?". They finally agreed to take my car next. I picked my car up and took it elsewhere. They may be technically competent, but their management and customer service are terrible. Never heard of an appointment. If you have several vehicles and unlimited time, they are right for you.

They did a great job yesterday to get me back on the road. I made a appointment to get my leak fixed and was able to fit me in very quickly. They were working on several customers vehicles while taking deliveries of parts and sending parts out. I had another issue with my radiator and they fixed me up. I would highly recommend this shop! I called last week 5/17/21 at 9:54am to make an appointment. The young man said they were booked for two weeks. I said that was fine. He said I have a opening for May 25th. I said I could not that day due to surgery, he said could you drop off and I can pencil you in for the next day. I confirmed drop off on the 25th anytime and call me next day when ready. I show up today and I was not penciled in. They will not have my business anymore.

They are so compassionate and willing to help. I came for what I thought was a transmission problem, but rather than taking my money they immediately diagnosed the issue as an exhaust problem and referred me to a different shop where it was fixed on the very same day. They changed my transmission in my 08 Acura MDX with over 300,000 miles on it and did an outstanding job. They did this job more than eight months ago. I waited to see if it was gonna work well and it has continued to do so I think 6 to 8 months is a good time span to know they did a great job on this car . It shifts perfectly since I got it back from them. It was a little while getting the transmission shipped in, but it was worth the wait. I highly recommend them. For me, grateful I went to this transmission shop.

I had an excellent experience with Mike and his team. They came highly recommended from my mechanic. My Honda was having transmission issues; fortunately, it was just a sensor. The staff kept me informed on the diagnostic process, the cost, and when it would be finished. I highly recommend them and will turn to them again.

great place to store your vehicle but damned if I will evere have them work on mine again, paid $3000.00 dollars for a rebuild which they lied to me about getting a remanufactured one, said it would be 5000.00 - 6000.00 dollars turns out I could have gotten one through autozone for 2200.00 and hadve a 3 year warranty with unlimited miles compared to there 1 year warranty, kept it there 3 weeks get it back and wouldnt even back up a hill with maybe 200 lbs on it, take it back they keep it 2 weeks which it sat one the back lot the entire time said it needed another torque converter now won't be ready till next week so they have had my truck for over 5 weeks within a spce of less than 7 weeks and not accomplished a damn thing TIRED OF BEING LIED TO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Had a rebuilt transmission put in a vehicle and they were very efficient then had a problem with it and the service getting it taken care of was absolutely the best around in the matter of 2 days they had it pulled out identified the problem and had it fixed and called that it was ready! Everyone is very friendly and professional. Absolutely highly recommend! Will be using them for any and all of my transmission needs!!
