If I could give this shop all the stars in the sky, I would. I had an emergency transmission problem and also needed some small work done on my engine. I chose this place because of the great reviews and now I have to leave one of my own. The whole staff is very polite and knowledgeable. They showed me exactly where the problems were on my truck and fixed them quicker than I could have imagined! I needed to get out to pick up a load by 4pm... Got there around 10am and out with plenty of time to spare! Very fairly priced and extremely professional. Also, while I was waiting an amazing little food truck came and I was able to get a good lunch! 10/10 would recommend and will definitely be back in the future to get all work done needed on my trucks. Thanks guys!!

After our truck broke down at the rest plaza Pablo came for rescue! They were respectful kind and fast. The prices are good since their service was pretty fast even tho we got there after 4pm we got our truck fixed around 7pm. Don’t mind the bad comments this is a good place to get your truck fixed at. The owner is the real deal, after I got ripped off by Fleet Masters, Tricounty came in and pulled my trailer from them. Fleet Masters cut my airlines and damaged my braking system, this company was able to get all the repairs done with out ripping me off. The owner is very responsive and gets the job done. He is reasonable and easy to work with. I highly recommend this company.

I had to have a load reworked (It shifted and the place rejected it,) so my company had me bring it here, and these guys were more than helpful getting to it promptly and restocking it. I had a very disappointing experience with this company. They sold me parts with a warranty, but the parts failed within a month. When I contacted them to claim the warranty, they gave me the runaround, blocked my calls, and only responded when I persistently reached out. They instructed me to purchase additional batteries and promised reimbursement via Zelle. However, this turned out to be a scam, as they continued to block my calls and never followed through on their promise. I’m baffled by their high rating because my experience has been marked by poor service and deceptive practices.

Towing boat to Keys and wheel came off trailer and bolts were sheared off. We were in Everglades in remote location. After calling, they sent flatbed tow truck and was on location within 90 minutes. They billed BoatUS for tow. The replaced all the parts and serviced the remaining hubs, new tire and rim, and got us on our way by 2pm the next day! couldn’t have been better service. Cudo’s to BoatUS too for immediately approving tow.

I cannot express how grateful we are for this company!!! They were professional from the start! We tried to locate an RV towing company for over 10 hours in Miami. This company came late at night and helped us tow the RV to the Keys. They were the best ever!!!! 100% recommend using them for any towing needs. Do not even bother calling the other guys. These guys are awesome and incredibly fast! 4.5hrs from my radiator being punctured by a pole on the road to them completing the radiator replacement and getting me out of there. That includes 30min to get to me and another 30 to get me to their shop. Very professional and nice people. I am truly amazed! Thank you!

I can’t say enough good things about this company. My family and I were in our RV when one of our tire’s blew up in the middle of the highway. It was on a Friday at 7pm. I must have called 8 different companies but none were willing to go out to assist us after hours. Raul from Tri County assured me that someone from his company would be there to assist us with in an hour. True to his word, within an hour two gentlemen from Tri County brought us a new tire and installed it and had us back on the road in no time. They were professional and knowledgeable and above all their price was extremely reasonable. They did not take advantage of our miss fortune. If you think they are expensive maybe call someone who will get to you in a week, remember if you want it quick and professional it’s going to be even more expensive, if you want it quick and cheap you get what you pay for. Very expensive service. Charged me 4 hours of labour for a job they did in 15 minutes and left the hoses they changed just hanging around. They did not have the courtesy to remove the busted hose. I’m sure the ones they replaced are not secured either. Unreal. Look somewhere else, very very sloppy job.
