I have been to other body shops in the past and had problems. Such as paint matching and then rusting out after the work was done after a year.. I took it back and said sorry it will cost $ to fix it again.. I said Really?? With that said as soon as I meet Mike for the first time I could just tell he took pride in his work and knew what he was talking about, just by shacking his hand and talking with him for a few minutes!!! I had two vehicles done by him recently and let me tell you OUTSTANDING Job!!! Can I say, "MINT" Both vehicles look better then new!! Not only that Mike went above and beyond and fixed stuff we didn't even talk about for me!! Who does that now a days?? No one that I know of other place just take your money and say here your done... Not Mike came in at a great cost and time too unreal!! With that said the best is for last. What body shops tells you on the way out the door if you see anything bubbling or whatever I touched please bring it back and I will take care of it.... I was like really?? Of course Mike says YES with no hesitation!!!! That to me is PRIDE and HONOR in your work!!! That's very hard to find this day.. So with that all said I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND TRIUMPH BODY SHOP TO EVERYONE looking to get there stuff back better then NEW!!! Mike, I would like to thank you again for the GREAT JOB you did for me and your wife for meeting us to get are vehicle back!! Greatly appreciated and I will definitely be a repeat customer!!!

Called Triumph on the recommendation of a friend soon after an accident about getting some major body work done and they were very informative and helpful about getting the estimate and navigating my insurance. I came in to get some minor work done before the major repairs and he helped me right away and was very reasonable and honest about the damage. I certainly intend to come back here!!

Called this shop to get information about getting an estimate. Never heard anything. So i went down to the shop and met one of the employees who was very nice. Took a bunch of pictures and said that he needed to give them to the boss and i would hear from him soon. 4 days go by and i hear nothing, so i called. Sent to voicemail. Left a message, and still nothing. Called back again a few days later. Still have not heard from them and that was several weeks ago. Was looking to work with them due to all the good reviews but this is extremely unprofessional. Would worry me about trusting them with my car if they cant even call me with an estimate.

These guys did a great job on my wifes car! The rocker was pushed in and paint taken off and now it looks brand new. They were the quickest to get us in the door, and did a great job. Would definitely reccomend this place to anyone who needs body work.

Mike and his crew are as honest and efficient as they come. They're experts at dealing with insurance companies and had my Toyota looking like new (saved me a lot of money, too). Very highly recommended.

I am an older disabled women who used this business a few yeas back and was very pleased with the help they gave me. I stopped in today to get an estimate on getting my left bumper put back in place as well as a plastic piece hanging from the front that I had caught on a parking block. I explained to the young man that I was on a very fixed income and was hoping to maybe just get it fixed without having to get new parts. He and the manager worked on the problems and did not charge me anything. I was so touched that I almost cried and could not stop thanking the manager enough. I explained that my brother use to work on my vehicles but passed away thirteen years ago and for them to help me this way meant the world to me. I will continue to give them continued praised not just for the past work but for the kindness they gave me today. Wonderful and caring people.

The car accident I was in created a chaotic and stressful situation from the beginning. But once I handed everything over to Triumph Body Shop, they took care of me 100%! Answered all my questions, worked with the insurance company and rental company; I didn't have to worry about a thing in that aspect. Not to mention the fact that my car looks like the accident never happened! It's like new. These kind people do great work, and I will be recommending them highly to anyone who asks. Thanks so much, you guys!

My SUV was involved in an accident and I went to TBS and spoke with Mike, the owner. I have to say, he went above and beyond, my expectations. He explained to me what needed to be done and dealt with, ALL MY ISSUES. I totally, would recommend this business for all your car repairs.

Very fair prices and excellent work. My truck was in a lot worse condition than we originally thought, but Mike the owner was still very fair with the initial estimate. He was very easy to get ahold of after initial contact which is hard to come by these days.

Mike and his crew did a fantastic job on my new Mazda. Car looks like nothing ever happened. Mike was great from the time I stopped in for my estimate to the time I picked up the car. I wouldn't take any of my vehicles anywhere else. Businesses like this are hard to find and I couldn't speak higher of Triumph Body Shop.

Our van was in an accident and Triumph Body Shop fixed it up right and the first time. The office and the garage are very clean. I spoke with Mike, the owner and he explained the entire process from start to finish. He gave me a time frame and he was right on. He helped me get the rental car and when the work was done, I dropped the rental off and the shop and picked up my van......which by the way....it doesn't even look like it was in an accident at all. I don't plan on getting into another accident, but if I do.......I am bringing it back to Triumph Body Shop. I will tell all my friends and family about my experience here if they ever need anything done to their cars. Top Notch service from a Top Notch shop.

Mike Santarsiero and his team went above and beyond in their auto body work for me. In addition to the agreed upon job of changing the rear bumper cover and fixing up the rear sides of the car and brackets, they matched the original color of my car perfectly, and fixed a tail light and my car alarm battery in the key fob at no extra cost. I highly appreciated his attention to detail, the quality of their work and all of the extras he added, while keeping the cost at the original quote Mike gave to me.

Week of 11/6/2023: Triumph had my vehicle for 2 weeks for minor repairs from an accident. I was told it was taking so long because the paint booth was full, a part didn't come in yet, and they had trouble matching the paint color because it's a 2023. This makes no sense to me because Lincoln has used this color for years and there are paint codes for a reason. I find it hard to believe it took 4 days to match the paint color. I explained my frustration and that I needed my car back. Mike said he would paint it himself and then have it detailed. When I went to pick up my car, it was in worse condition than when I dropped it off. Additionally, there was a loose part in the back seat. The guy at the shop asked me to open the hood. I questioned this because the damage to the vehicle was on the driver side door. It was as if the guy had no experience working on cars. Luckily, my fiancé noticed it was supposed to be in the door jamb and we were able to pop it back in (we're still unsure if it's properly installed). Then, I noticed tape under the gas cover from the paint job. I was shocked they were returning the vehicle to me in this condition, but was hoping it was just dirty. Week of 11/13/2023: On Wednesday, I had my vehicle detailed. After getting it detailed, it was clear that it wasn't dirty, it was damaged. On Thursday morning, I went to a different body shop to get an estimate. The estimator stated he's seen this type of damage before, but never to this extent and that it was clearly a lack of knowledge or effort. In the afternoon my fiancé and I went to Triumph. Mike looked at the car and started saying that he will take credit for the damage on the plastic piece above the rear tire because the part didn’t arrive in time. He stated that the apprentice failed to tell him this because he was in a meeting. I was under the impression the piece was replaced up until this point. He did not mention it to me when we spoke the day before when I called to explain the damage. He acknowledged the loose part in the back seat and the tape under the gas cover from when I picked up the vehicle on Sunday. He also acknowledged there was damage that wasn’t from the accident or there when I dropped my vehicle off to him, but said he wasn’t sure where it came from. That includes all black plastic pieces, all chrome trim, all Corsair badges, windows, rear view mirror, and paint on the driver side of the car. The whole right side of the vehicle has compound and over spray. There's even a section missing the clear coat because the mirror was never removed to paint. He said it could have been because of the inexperienced person that was working on my vehicle. While examining the vehicle, he nearly fell into the car, but said it was because of a bad knee. My fiancé stated aloud that he could smell the alcohol on Mike to which Mike replied, “I can have a beer”. My fiancé said you shouldn’t have beer when you’re working on vehicles. I explained repeatedly that I do not trust him because his body shop caused this damage in the first place. He asked us to give him 10 minutes to clean it up. I declined and told him I received an estimate from another body shop who said it would take 3 days for replacement of parts and repairs. Also, why should I let him do work on my vehicle if he’s UNDER THE INFLUENCE and based on the lack of quality and professionalism of his previous work? I told him the only way to make this right is for another body shop to handle the repairs and Triumph to pay for it. He said that was completely out of the question. Mike kept saying it wasn’t his fault because he wasn’t there, and it wasn’t his work in which I responded that he’s responsible since it’s his body shop. He then said it’s not. I asked if he was the owner and he said, I’m only partial owner-it’s a family business. I asked if there was someone else I could speak with, and he said he would not let me speak to anyone else. At that point, our only option is to file a small claims case against Triumph Body Shop.

I chose this body shop to work on my 2016 F150 based on the great reviews I read. I'm glad I did. The staff was very polite and accommodating which made the process smooth. My repair was completed quickly and looks just like new. I would highly recommend Triumph to anyone, especially those who are unsure of who to trust for your vehicle repair.

I highly recommend Triumph Body Shop to anyone I know! I took my car there to have a rocker panel fixed and some scratches buffed out before I turned it in because my lease was up. Mikey was fantastic!! I swear he is like a magician! He saved me so much time, hassle and money. Instead of replacing my rocker panel he was able to fix it and I wish I took pictures of it. I had hit some rocks that had ripped off pieces of the rocker panel and cracked it in other places. Mikey custom fit pieces to match my Rocker panel and then worked his magic and made it look brand new! You would never ever be able to tell I had done so much damage to it! He also buffed out and filled in all of my scratches! I had such a wonderful experience there that I will always go to him for body work in the future and I will tell everyone I know to go there as well!! Keep up the great work Triumph!!!

George Rushin from George's Garage recommended Triumph for body work, so I took my car here for Mike to look at a few small dents, scratches, and a rust spot. From the few minutes I spoke with Mike I knew he was knowledgeable, professional, and takes pride in his work. I chose Triumph because the price was unbeatable by competitors and I have heard only good things about their work. I know I made the right choice because my car now looks like there was nothing wrong with it in the first place. I had a great experience in dealing with Mike and his team. The rust spot and scratches are completely gone and the paint was blended perfectly. Great job guys, I will spread the word and will definitely return.

I dropped by this garage after getting hit by a PennDot vehicle. The visit was worth the time... the mechanic worked really hard to communicate the desired outcomes of the initial assessment of my car. He was friendly and made sure that we were on the same page. Additionally, I really appreciate his enthusiasm during his explanation of the damaged and openness to receive my questions. I could honestly tell he was ready to be of service especially because he asked open-ended questions to understand my needs, offered a solution and delivered on that promptly. Kudos
