Very rood and unprofessional. Went in to speak to someone about my vehicle. Was pretty much told to Take Off & don't bother me said the owner. He really thinks his ship don't stink due to his financial situation but don't forget That it's my hubby that has the final say on Marion St and in the neighborhood nobody will f with polish

I have a Ford F 150 that appeared to be shifting hard around 45mph. I took it in to have the transmission checked. They called me later that day and said it was a cylinder misfire. I had them do the repairs and I'm extremely satisfied They were spot in with their diagnosis. I would definetly recommend.

i’ve had my car at Howard for the past two weeks before that it was in there a week and a half prior for the same problem. He will jerk you around for weeks Then tell you, there’s nothing he can do and passing onto the next person. He’s also in cahoots with Ray layne‘s auto So if you’ve bought a car from Ray and we’re told to bring it to Howie, don’t expect much of a resolution. I was sold the woman I would not be surprised if Ray sold me a lemon for Howard.

Dave fixed my car for a great price and had corrected some issues with the computer warnings, even after the repair! Even things that he did not have to correct. So i am very happy and recommend this shop 🙂.

Don’t even get me started with this place. We had our car come in originally back in December 2022, not knowing what was going on with it. My husband’s friend recommended this place to us as he knew the owner personally. We trusted we would get great service. Very wrong. My husband and I have only one car, which they were aware of and told us it may take a couple of days due to the volume of work they had. My husband had to call them daily, trying to find out what was going on with the car, to no avail. Either no one would return the phone call or refuse to give us any further information about what was going on. After an astounding two weeks of ghosting us, we finally received a phone call only for them to tell us they fixed our transmission and we owed $3500. One, we were never aware that the transmission was even an issue! Two, we had no idea they “fixed it.” It was a lot of money that we had no idea we had to spend and had to take it out of our savings. Definitely killed us financially for a bit and the owner didn’t seem to care and denied the constant phone calls and messages my husband would leave asking about updates. To top it off, the past month of August 2023, we made a trip to NYC. Before we got to our destination in Brooklyn, our transmission DIED. AGAIN. Luckily we had the one year warranty, however we had to spend a few hundred to transport our car here. Talking to them is like talking to a wall. No information given, no care in the world. Once again, it took over a week to fix (hopefully) and NO ONE CALLED TO UPDATE US. We had to constantly call to find out info about our car with no calls back. The final day my husband called, he was told, “oh yeah that got done a couple of days ago.” When he went to pick it up, they mentioned the battery needed replacing. The owner actually told my husband they would upcharge him for the fix. Clearly they did not want to work on it further. Very unprofessional. Truly one of the worst mechanics we have ever gone to. Never again. Would never recommend this place to anyone.

Take my car here all the time, my father does as well. The owner Howie is a great man and always gets us in fast and has my car done rather fast whenever I have an issue. I also love Ron, who usually helps me with things I don't know that are silly to every thing else like maintenance and mechanical issues is the best! He fixes everything perfectly and helps with any thing else I may need!!! It's a very busy place but they do the best 🙂.
