Went online first..did get a response from Phil Santiago. Met with him, told him what I wanted. I still had a balance on vehicle I wanted to trade. He said he will do his best to help me out and he came thru as he promised. I got a great deal and great rate. Smoothest car buying experience ever. I bought a 2020 Jeep Compass and I love it. 10:00 Appointment. Asked for a loaner and apparently they don't do that anymore because of the "pandemic". OK! No big deal I'll wait....... 3 hours later tech hasn't even looked at my jeep. What's the point of having an appointment? When I asked how much longer before someone would even look at my jeep I was told "The tech had left for lunch and I may be brought in when he came back." I didn't get a lunch! And I'd been waiting 3 hours. Well he can enjoy his lunch. I'll get my jeep serviced some where else. And soon as my lease is up I will be going elsewhere. Here's a suggestion... Don't schedule appointments so close together if you don't have the techs to do the work. If I can give 0 stars I would!!! This is why people hate customer service!!!

Frank at Scranton Dodge is an absolute pleasure to deal with. Incredibly friendly and genuine. Past buying experiences with other local dealers were ok but the experience I had with Frank and Scranton Dodge is easily the best experience I’ve had yet purchasing a vehicle. My car experienced some engine problems while my family was traveling during the holidays. The closest dealership happened to be Scranton Chrysler Dodge Jeep. And thankfully so because we received fantastic service while we were there! Clint Bendar happened to be the service agent that helped us and he was so genuinely nice. We arrived at 230pm and still had 2+ hours to drive home. Clint realized that we were from out of town and got us back up and running by 5pm. He even let us bring our German Shepard into their waiting area since it was so cold outside. It was such a great experience and if I am ever back in Scranton I would absolutely go back!!

I stopped in just for some information and told Richard Fissler the Dealer right from the beginning that I wasn't ready to leave with a vehicle today. He was very kind and helpful and showed us around the vehicles of our interest without being pushy for the sale. He provided us with all the information we were looking for. I called a few weeks later for an additional question and he remembered me and answered my question again without being pushy at all. I felt very comfortable dealing with him and would definitely recommend seeing him for your automotive needs. When I am ready to move forward with the purchase, I will be contacting him!

I had been searching for awhile to find a good deal to get me out of my 2012 Nissan Rogue without creating a much higher payment. The salesperson(Eric) I dealt with explored a bunch of options for me and listened to my story so he knew what I needed. We have used Scranton DCJR for service on both of our vehicles for years now. We are usually satisfied with the work done on our vehicles but, at times, the service experience left a lot to be desired. The wait times for drop off/pick up are long and difficulty making appointments (it's not unusual to reach voicemail during business hours) can be frustrating. We have always been treated with respect, but at our last visit our service adviser Clint Bendar went above and beyond to make us feel valued. He got us in and out as quickly as possible at drop off and pick up, as well as thoroughly answering our questions and making sure we got timely updates during the entire repair process. His dedication and friendly demeanor made for a great experience.

I worked with Frank to buy my 4th Grand Cherokee and had a wonderful experience. Our first contact to drive off was just a day, and I couldn’t have been happier. They were very fair with their appraisal of my trade in, and were very transparent with the pricing of the new vehicle. Much better service and a better deal than Motorworld. I highly recommend purchasing a Jeep from this dealership.

Service department is horrible! Nobody answers the phones or calls you back. When I arrived for my appointment I was told it would take 3-5 hours. Never told in advance! 3 1/2 hours in, I’m told it couldn’t be completed because the part was damaged.( a new soft top from the factory). They never checked it before my appointment. Asked to have my old top replaced until the got the new one cam in & was told I’d have to pay the labor for that because it was not covered under warranty. But yet they would pay for a rental car for a week??? Left a message for the manager of the service department to call me but he had the front desk girl call instead. Got nowhere with her rude attitude. Called the owner and still never heard from anyone. How they are still in business is beyond me!

I bought my 2018 Jeep Cherokee in April 2022 at Scranton Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram. Seems kinda late to write a review? No… Since the purchase, I have brought the Black Diamond Latitude around to the next oil change. In this time, the vehicle has been flawless. No oil loss, nothing creaks, been hidden or fell off. This vehicle was a replacement for a 2007 Liberty, which rolled up 245,000miles since new. I never thought I’d replace it. This Cherokee has truly found its way to my heart. Cant wait for the first snow. I had the pleasure of working out the Cherokee deal with both Josh and Dan. They are good people. I believe the dealership is good people. We had a great experience at Scranton Dodge . From the first minute we met Richard Fissler, we felt at ease and comfortable, Great Customer Service! We went there to look at one specific vehicle that was listed on their site. We had looked at several other vehicles at other dealers in our price range and this one was well above our expectations in quality and condition. Richard spent the time with us and never pressured or rushed us. We went there 3 visits to complete the deal and even took a day to think about our purchase after the first visit. It is a big decision spending this kind of money. We went back to put our deposit down and a second test drive, and the last visit to finish the paperwork and bring our new to us, 2010 Jeep to her new home. He followed through on promises and even brought up things we didn't think to ask about. It really felt like he wanted us to be Comfortable and Happy with our Purchase, not just sell us a car. We forgot to ask about the Carfax, and it was in my email before we got home from the first visit. We will be recommending him and Scranton Dodge to anyone looking to buy a vehicle new or used. We would highly recommend Morgan Green as a salesperson and Scranton Dodge as a dealership, if you are in the market for a new or used vehicle. They were all fantastic! My husband and I found ourselves at Scranton Dodge after visiting many dealerships in search of a minivan. Morgan helped us buy our Dodge Grand Caravan. He was very helpful, knowledgeable and took a very low pressure approach with us, which we greatly appreciated. From beginning to end, he, and everyone at the dealership, made us feel like valued customers, answering every question and attending to every last detail. We were so pleased with his service, that my husband was back two weeks later to buy his Dodge Avenger. We are very happy customers.

I bought a new Jeep Cherokee from Phil Santiago and I highly recommend anyone who's in the market for a new vehicle to contact him. He went above and beyond and got me the vehicle I wanted. This was the easiest car purchase that I've ever dealt with. If I could give zero stars I would. This place has done nothing but jack is around. A couple years ago our Dodge broke down on the side of the highway and we had it towed to the dealership and they told us “they may be able to look at it sometime during the week but no guarantees”, and they offered no courtesy vehicle. This is a work vehicle and is needed every day! Then we needed the mirror replaced and we went 2x with appointments and both times we already dropped the truck off and left only to be called a couple hours later saying they didn’t have the mirror. Finally the third attempt they finally had the mirror and then wanted to charge full price after everything they put us through. We will never purchase a Dodge again because of how terrible the customer service is. Do yourself a favor and buy your car or truck somewhere else. The service department is an absolute joke. Update...... both my husband and I have tried to contact Matt. We have left messages and have not received a phone call back. We will be purchasing a new vehicle in the near future and it is safe to say we will not use this dealership nor purchase a Dodge/Ram due to their lack of customer service.
