A good friend of mine in the mechanic business recommended TRM to me for any diesel work that I needed. I've taken a couple company trucks and personal trucks to Todd. Both Powerstrokes and Cummins. They were honest, professional, polite, the work completed in a timely manner, and the best thing was that they didnt replace several other expensive parts just in order to find the issue. They know what they're doing! I took a company truck to him that was running very rough, no power, blowing smoke. I was sure something expensive was going out, injector, etc. Not at all, he called back in an hour and a half and said your truck is ready! Small electrical issue, $120.00. But you can bet your ass that a different shop may have said " you need new injectors"!

Brought in my truck for a motor over haul got quoted 8000 I agree to the quote and an month later Todd increased the price without communicating with me, 10,700 for a motor overhaul. Now my transmission is leaking oil which the truck never leaked transmission oil before. Notified Todd that my transmission is leaking oil after he fixed my motor. Since TRM worked my motor that is attached to the transmission it leads me to believe they could have damaged my transmission in the process. Todd didn't want to hear me out, hangup the phone. Transmission leak is by the motor. Becareful with TRM.

I was recommended by a coworker for engine smoking from tailpipe I suspected head gaskets and explained that but was told they're were the injectors that was causing the smoke, after changing injectors out and $4,000+ later, hadn't driven my truck for a few months due to my work schedule, after getting back in my truck and drove for less than 3 weeks then the smoke gradually started back smoking, turns out to be head gaskets. Called TRM and explained this situation, I get scoffed at and then offered to fix the head gasket for $5,000...😐, not good and not happy...

I have used TRM a few times over the years, pump, injectors, front and rear rearend seals, and not once have I had a problem with any of the repairs. Todd has always been willing to discuss the repairs, and review other items I wanted to change on my Dodge. Pricing has been fair, and much less that the dealers charge. I would recommend them to anyone that has a diesel pickup or car. I would be hard pressed to find anyone that was as knowledgable, and helpfull as Todd and his employees.

With multiple diesels I've had the pleasure of dealing with some seriously poorly managed diesel shops. I cannot explain how much better I feel picking up my vehicle from the Moyer's....truly wonderful people. The shop itself is very well suited for everything you could ever need repaired. In a situation where most other diesel shops would have taken advantage and forced me to buy a new motor, they took the time to truly find the problem and saved me a fortune. Came in for a grinding noise under my cab on my 17 Powerstroke, and trans flaring/shuddering. They located the noise, and rebuilt the rear end. They also (per my request) changed the trans fluid/filter. When I picked up the truck, Todd informed me that the fluid was black and dirty, indicating the issue with the flares from 3rd to 4th and shudders. He said “as long as I baby it, I’ll be ok for a while, but I’ll definitely need a transmission.” With the power my truck makes, he gave me a round about price of a built transmission with some goodies to hold the power. In short, I WILL BE BACK and I WILL USE HIM for the needs on my truck. Super knowledgeable, super friendly, reasonable, and fair.

Todd and Kathleen probably run the best diesel shop in the Houston area and if not the gulf coast! We lost the owner of a good reliable shop in Georgia a few year ago, but TRM is the best! No worries on your repairs or their knowledge! Trust them in what they say! They aren't going to rip you off or overcharge you! They just do quality work and always there to answers questions and help out! I've been using them for 20 years and they haven't let me down yet! They are busy , but still try to get the small repairs done in a timely manner! But for you diesel owners! Don't think twice! They are awesome and do gas vehicles also! Your vehicle will be in good hands and at a good price and you won't have to worry about being overcharge for unnecessary repairs! They are as honest as it comes!
