I broke down on the interstate. My F250 was towed the their shop on the recommendation of the tow truck driver. My truck was there about 2 weeks till I was able to trailer it home to Tennessee. They didn't charge me anything. Love those guys.

I wouldn't even offer one star. They have had my vehicle two months with promise after promise of finish dates.... they don't return calls... Customer service is key and if you can't do the job, be honest! It could have been on the road a very long time ago! Highly disappointed as this company was recommended by a family friend.

BAD EVERYTHING GO ELSEWHERE!!!! I was recommended to Tucker Automotive for repair on my vehicle. When taking my car in and hoping to get it back fixed It was not. I had to take it back because there was a popping noise in the steering. Before taking It back I was told by Shaun to drive it over the weekend that it would fix itself. It was getting worse so my fiancé spoke to Shaun who said to bring it back, when taking it back Shaun said it was the struts we said listen to the popping when turning the steering wheel. FINALLY he listened to us and said he would warrant this lower steering rack out and get a new one. Shauna was very rude and told me if it was fixed this time I would have to take it somewhere else. After 3 days guess what it was not fixed.

Auto work seemed fair. 2 gift certificates were missing when I got my truck back . $250. What else I can't say I didn't inventory it before I dropped it off. They reimburse me for the one that I had the receipt for. Hard to give that 5 stars.

Dropped my truck off for a misfiring issue and to get the rear shocks replaced, also needed an oil change. Later they advised that I get my rear brakes replaced, told them to go ahead and replace them. Two months later I was finally able to pick up my truck, never replaced the brakes and didn't bother to do an oil change.

The tow service they recommended was rather pricy ($75) but the shop itself had a new strut installed on my van in under two business days. The part they used was a $96 strut and they upcharged it to about $250, but they only charged one hour labor for a 2-3 hour job so the price they charged was perfectly fair. If I'm ever in the area and didn't need my vehicle immediately, I'd happily have them work on my vehicle again. They're a busy shop and I completely understand why. Can't go wrong with having them work on your vehicle.

Bad communication skills. Told me he could fix my problem in a 1 day. However he didn't start it till 1pm so was unable to complete it. I'm sure it's not a huge deal as I wasn't a customer yesterday and will continue not to be a customer tomorrow! Thanks for waisting my money and time!!!

We had our vehicle towed in unexpectedly and they were more than willing to fix quickly even after finding out there were major problems. They charged us a very fair price. I will definitely recommend them and if in need will go back there again.

Took my truck in to have a leaky gas line hose replaced and drove off with a new brake line?! How's that for service! In their defense the gas is leaking all over the brake line! 😂 No offer was made to rectify the mistake, mechanic claimed the brake line was leaking. I've not had any issues with the brakes since I've owned this truck. I would have to be really desperate to leave it in their care again.

Reasonably priced. Did the job. Was referred by my neighbor and went in to get preventative transmission maintenance done on my 2016 Hyundai Elantra. They were fairly quick it only took a little over an hour and quarter. Staff is professional. Mechanic test drove it to make sure there were no issues was only gone about 5 min.

Was told nothing but great things about the shop as well as recommend from dealership.Unfortunately they had my truck for 3 weeks and didn’t start working on it till the day before I picked it up even though I had scheduled 2 weeks ahead.I had a cv axle replaced and I got my truck back with damage and paperwork missing out the truck and was told it must of been the tow truck driver and nothing they could do about it.My steering was off,rim was destroyed,brake rotor warped because how they took the rim off and damaged brake caliper.4x4 light,abs light and eps light came on day after I got my truck. This was for a warranty so they might just of not cared as much as a normal customer but will not go back.

Went in to get an Evap canister replaced and some lose wires on my blower motor fixed as well as a spark plug changed. They got the spark plug changed and my ac isn’t going in and out but it’s like they just reset the code on the canister and the blower motor sounds rough. Called about the canister and they told me they would fix it for another $280…… after hearing good things about them I will not be going back.
