I went in spoke with Manny, not only his professionalism went above and beyond but was always keeping me posted and explaining what my car needed. I also spoke with Mike and the courtesy and transparency was amazing! If your looking for a shop that has great prices and is backed by the quality of their work, this is the place to go to. Today I went to get an oil change. My car use a special type of filter, and I thought it was going to take for ever but no. Manny ordered the filter and there were really quick. The employees were courteous and profesional. They gave me a whole report of the things the truck need (they didn’t pressure to fix them, they just informed me) Now I know what’s the next thing I need to fix. Lleve el carro dos veces por el.mismo problema al taller .me habían dado dos años de garantía .lo lleve por segunda vez me cambiaron dos poezas del sistema de freno. Me volvieron a cobrar 1048 dolar a de más y el carro aún calienta las ruedas de alante en exceso Al punto que tengo temor de volverlo a llevar y quee sigan vniamdo piezas y no resuelvan el probla se calentamiento en las ru me cobraedas delanteras en las dos .Pienso que falta profesionalidad .

Dropped off my truck for check engine light ,they had my vehicle for 2 1/2 days and engine light still on was charged $300 dollars and not corrected. Also was told had a header bolt broken and had bad lifters and have an extended warranty and they refused to repair my vehicle. Before tearing my motor apart i went to a muffler shop and they found 2 header bolts broken. Called tuffys to tell them what was found. They refused to repair even with the extended warranty. wanted the $300 o2 censor replaced that is still showing up and refused to honor the warranty on the part replaced. Also was told they could not have a mechanic work on my vehicle all day because they had other cars.

Don’t waste you time here! Not only are they unprofessional! But untrustworthy! I was told that my AC Compressor worked. All it would need to be Charge. For about $340. So I said ok.. After they changed the AC now they are telling the AC Compressor doesn’t work. And it would be $1700. But still want to charge me for the Freon and labor! And after being stirring with them. They brought the prices down. And they left all my Covers loose under the car. This is why ppl don’t trust shop! Because of shops like this!
