The experience wasn't great. It took the original appointment plus two more appointments to get my exhaust done without leaks. The mechanic chose to rev up my vehicles engine (with excessive rpms) supposedly checking for leaks. I personally would not recommend Tuffy of Sylvania. I will never let them work on any of my vehicles.

I had a good review but I removed it. It seems it has a new owner and the default is no. I had to replace one tire. Finally, he ordered it for me but it is not identical to the others. The good thing that that he got the new tire really fast. I ordered it by phone 5 pm and he called me having the new tire, next day 11 am. Updated Rating: 1 Star About three weeks after service at this shop, I started getting multiple error messages on the highway related to the electronic brake system. After checking, I found that one of the wheel speed sensors had stopped working. The cable for that sensor was loose and not secured in the 3 clips meant to hold it in place. It had been rubbing against the wheel, wearing down the protective covering until the cable was completely cut. This cable sits behind the wheel, in a spot that typically wouldn’t be touched unless there was a specific reason. I can’t say for certain, but I strongly suspect it was unclipped during the service. When I brought this up to the shop, they told me they hadn’t touched it. I’m sharing this because it turned into a serious safety concern for me. I would advise others to double-check everything after service—especially if you care about your safety and your car’s condition. Update: I ignored my complaint on BBB. Their score now is B-

Had a coolant leak develop on an older 2010 truck. Dropped by without an appointment and they were able to get it looked at, diagnosed, and a repair estimate texted to me in about 1.5 hours. The technician Shane was very respectful and polite I thought my driver side hub baring on my 2006 dodge ram 4×4 Laramie was bad they put it on the rack checked everything out and called me we inspected your truck Carlos didn't see anything wrong even test drove the truck is fine your welcome to pick up at your convenience I asked the young man if I owe them anything and he replied no sir we will just call that a free inspection. I had a free oil change. The employees at the desk was a nice guy. I also got a estimate on my exhaust, it is so loud. Anyway, the people are nice, the place is clean and they do a great job. Yep, I'm definitely going back to Tuffy.
