I have been dealing with a leak from my driver side tire for a couple weeks and was super stressed about it with the holidays coming up . Ryan was able to get me in quick on a Sunday with very short notice and identified / solved the problem immediately !! Was worried about tire replacement but it was a quick fix and now I can travel safely for Christmas next weekend . I appreciate the customer service so much .

These guys always take care of me. I dont take my car anywhere else. Went in for an oil change yesterday and the prices were great and they went above and beyond, by topping off my wiper fluid, and checkin to see if the radio problem I have is related to any fuses, it wasnt but now I have more insight as to what my options are. I had a tire emergency up the street from this location which I have never been a customer at. I called a mobile tire repair and unfortunately it required a $125 fee to even come to me which I could not afford. I called Tuffy next due to it being the closest location from the speedway I put air in my tire. By the time we got off the phone my tire was down to 20psi from 35psi, but Bob told me to come on in and Ryan helped take care of me as well. I’m not gonna lie I am tearful typing this cuz I wouldn’t have been able to even make it home and at the hour, unlikely to be helped for an affordable price and even tho Bob didn’t know I had to go to work still and get home after He helped and it was a huge blessing❤️ THANK YOU BOB! THANK YOU RYAN! As well as sending a thanks to Tuffy for retaining stellar employees!

About a month ago my battery just wasn't sending juice to the car, and thankfully had died at the McDonald's on the other side of the intersection. Got a friend to help me push it over, and they fixed it for free. Turned out my terminals weren't tight enough on the wiring, and needed a mechanic's special touch. Fixed the car and had me back out the door at no cost within the hour. These guys are always friendly, always looking for electronic coupons, deal, promotions, etc to help out their customers, and in general are the nicest mechanics I've ever had the pleasure of working with. They've cut me deals before, and I'm thankful for it as I've been living paycheck to paycheck. Thanks again guys for the amazing service as always. I told you I'd give you a glowing review as thanks and this is my honest words as a follow through on that. Keep being awesome, and keep helping the community.

The guy answered quick and say I can walk in, they did fixed it in less than 30mns and when I was about to pay the guy from front desk says “don’t worry about it” which is surprising because they have good service and pleasant staff! Amazing place and people, Every time I have trouble with my car, I take it here and they take care of me. Today my tire had a hole in it, And needed to be plugged. After they finished in 20 minutes, Someone came out and said “your good no need to pay we’re happy to help” Just amazing that these people are here to help you and not cause you any more pain.

I caught a screw/bolt in my tire, pulled in to the first place and I'm thankful I did. The gentleman immediately pulled my van in got it up on the lift.. I just happened to be driving by Tuffy on a Saturday and decided to pull in without an appointment. I needed a fog light bulb changed and a front license plate bracket removed because it had rusty and stripped screws. They immediately pulled my car in and had it completed in 15-20 minutes. Not only was the service awesome and quick..... they charged me absolutely NOTHING. I tried several times to give them money for their service but they wouldn't accept. I am beyond grateful and will definitely return for service in the future! Thanks for the great service.

On 02/20/2026 I got brand new tires put on my Legacy Subaru. Shop did an excellent job. My car drive much smoother. I had my original tires since I purchased my car in 2021. Tires were over due for a change. However, Bob who seemed to be the manager and due for retirement helped with an overall great experience, my service was fast, convenient and I even got an additional price off due to miss quote from the head office. Bob was only making sure I didnt get charged extra for what I wasnt expecting. He saved me money, time (as the service didnt take very long) and was very professional. Thank you and I would recommend Tuffy to customers for tire changing and price.

Absolutely impressed with this Tuffy experience drove an hour and a half up to come here for tires and it was definitely worth the drive Bob and Charlie run in an exceptional shop here. They are honest never tried to upsell me on unnecessary stuff and I was in and out in less than an hour for a brand new tires for my Impala. I will definitely come here for all of my automotive needs, even though they are very far away. It’s worth it to me because they run the business very honest and ethically. And for those two things you have won my business for life. Thank you for a great experience. I will definitely be back as a returning customer.
