This shop has been about as honest of a shop as one could get. Several times they have fixed things for me at a reasonable time frame and cost. They also have looked at my vehicles for no cost when the repair is out of their scope for the diagnosisto bring elsewhere. You can't ask for more.

RUN!!! After my car over heated I was talked into taking my car to Tuffy's by the tow truck driver. The receipt says it all. I was charged $525.89 for thermostat housing and $416.64 for a upper radiator hose both parts are around $130-200 at most parts stores. See images of the part put on my car with part number and the image of the part from O'Reilly's. I called to discuss my concerns and they offered a free oil change. I was overcharged for the hose by $237.20!! The also told me the final cost was $1,388.64 plus tax. On the receipt the tax was $58. The total should have come to $1,441.64. My teenaged son who picked up was charged $1,466. 64. This place is scamming people! Edit: After calling the number in the response to my review, I was issued a check for $400.

We got about 4-5 inches of snow so I was on my way to the deer stand when I picked up a nail. It was a Sunday so basically everything but Tuffy was closed. I’ve never been to this location but now I’m not sure I would go any place else. The guys were awesome, in and out in about 15-20 minutes. Everything was perfect. Highly recommend this place.

They not only got our heat turned back on but we're very friend and helpful when it was close to their closing time. Still took a look at the vehicle and got us back working no questions asked!
