Been a customer here since I was 16 and even just today dropped my car off for repair Vic runs a very trustworthy and trustable business and when you take your vehicle in there as far as I know over all these years they'll find the problem tell you what the problem is and give you a total layout of repair. I went here to get my blower motor fixed and not even a month later it went out. They fixed it again and now it is out again. I don't trust them to do it correctly so I'm not taking it back a third time.

My son's car was making a loud noise. Pulled into parking lot to just check what might be the problem. Guy came out and told is it was not a place to change a tire. We were NOT changing a tire. Just wanted to be sure we could get back home. No one even offered to help us. I am saddened that the bottom line is more important than the safety of a family.

I've been going here for years, and I won't go anywhere else. They actually diagnose your problem rather than guess and replace parts. They use OEM parts that will work and last. They will be very honest about what needs to be replaced, and what your options are. You may pay a little more here compared to some low cost shops, but the high quality parts, skilled labor, and honest opinion make this place the best value.

Tune Up 2000 has done an excellent job with all of our fleet vehicles as well as the personal vehicles our employees have taken to them. I would highly recommend them to anyone. They are extremely organized, well priced, knowledgeable and easy to work with. We love that they send us vehicle maintenance and safety checks on our vehicles and let us know when a truck is due for an oil change or other maintenance. They even use our fleet numbers which makes it very easy for the front office to distinguish one truck from another.

Wish I could give them more stars, really nice guys. But last week my partner took our car there to get an alignment. They said need new rod and ball joints. Got that fixed now it's a super loud noise coming from the vehicle. Took it right back to them then they said we need another part, so we got that fixed and he insured everything was fixed. Now a $1000 of work on my car and its worst then when we took it there. Now my car is sitting in another shop to fix what they did to my car.

Great shop. I waited 1.5 year after they have rebuilt the motor in my 2007 Silverado. And it is quiet like a luxury vehicle. The shop came VERY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED from a dealership no doubt. The owner helped me find the best deal nationwide and in the end a new motor and used was a few hundred less. They let me know what to expect upfront and even gave me a refund, because their estimate on the equipment needed wasn't as expensive! Now what shop would EVER DO THAT?

The Gentleman (Vic?) that avoided helping me at all cost was very disrespectful and rude. I would avoid this place at all cost. Huge disappointment and absolute let down. Wasn't asking for anything for free, even offered to pay for any services provided. I forgot putting air in a tire is such a hard task for this guy. What a joke. Appears to be an on-going issue with this place.

I have taken my car to this shop for well over 10 yrs. I absolutely recommend this shop for people who don't know much about cars. They have never made me feel like I was taken advantage of. The manager Vic is very personable and knowledgeable about cars. He is very striaghtforward and honest. The lead mechanic Mike is equally as sharp and works fast. Once I needed brakes and had to be at work in an hour and a half. When Vic realized I was in a bind, he went and got the parts, because the parts guy couldn't get them there fast enough. You just can't get service like that everywhere.

Don’t hesitate to take your vehicle here…Outstanding job! We had a great experience, I’ve had an issue with a 2002 impala for years. Everyone kept telling us to go to the dealership. I knew financially I couldn’t afford taking it there. I almost gave up on the car multiple times, it never started and you would be stranded. These guys fixed the issue in a week and was so much more affordable. I really appreciate everything they did to help this (monkey on my back) issue I’ve been dealing with for years. Thank you!!
