THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM CHARLOTTE NEIGHBORS BEWARE: I called this company and spoke with the owner about having a TV mounted in our home. We went over specifics and pricing and my appointment was confirmed. I pulled my kids out of school to be home early for this appointment time as well as the afternoon off of work to have this service done and not only did they not show up but they were unwilling to respond to my phone call or text messages from the number we had previously communicated on. I would absolutely not use this company or schedule any service with them they will not show up. Unfortunately this company seems like a scam.★☆☆☆☆ a year ago

I was given TV Mounting Charlottes information by the complex that I recently moved into. I was excited to see their reviews and know that they also offered quick service. However, my excitement has turned into disappointment. I have spoken twice with a young lady who said that she passed my information along to a technician, and I should hear back within 24 hours that did not happen. needed a outdoor antenna and rotor replaced in order to get the new NextGen channels OTA. No one does this anymore. Called TV Mount and he came out and replaced and rewired entire system.
