When driving to get volunteers to help with the clean up effort I discovered that I had a screw in my tire. I was distraught and quickly drove into Twill to get my tire fixed. While driving down the road this morning, I heard a noise from under the hood of my 2004 Mercedes E500 Wagon. A red battery warning light appeared on the dash, and the steering wheel became difficult to turn. Luckily I was only a few blocks away from Twill Auto Service. The team at Twill was able to quickly diagnose the issue (a faulty/broken serpentine belt tensioner pulley) and got my car in the shop quickly. They replaced only what was needed to get me back on the road and advised me of what would need to be repaired in the near future. The job was done quickly and the cost was reasonable. Although this was my first time at Twill, the friendly service I received made it feel like I had been a long time repeat customer. If I, or anyone I know, run into car troubles around the Seminole area, I will be sure to recommend or visit Twill Auto Service.

Just dropped by unannounced to try my luck, heard about the shop by word of mouth. Showed up early and explained my situation, and the team was ready to take a look, give their honest opinion, and explain thought process, pros/cons along the way right on the spot. Neal and the team were more than welcoming and after weighing my options, I entrusted the vehicle to them, and they did not disappoint. A/C compressor was replaced, the problem was fixed, and their trust was earned. Car was back in my hands in a day, and keep in mind this was start to finish even as a walk in for the very first time.
