I had some problems with my car that I just purchased, and came in to figure it out. The mechanic was able to find the problem and keep me involved throughout the whole process. It was super cheap and I would recommend coming here again for a cheap fix

I had an appointment for auto work and upon my arrival I was greeted by an unmasked employee even though the had notification posted all over that mask were mandatory. When I asked her were her mask was she said it was personnel preference so she didn't have to wear one. When I asked for Jason she stated that he would not be wearing a mask either. I then informed her I would not be doing business with them and left. There are plenty of stupid people who share her opinion and we should never do business with any company that employs them.

Great customer service. Communication with the customer was excellent. Work was done on time and they even found additional problems with my vehicle and fixed them after consulting with me. Will definitely be going back.

I have been a professional diesel technician for many years working for both John Deere and Caterpillar over my career (retired from this line of work now). I needed an injector replaced on my personal F250, and since I did not have the programmer to flash a Ford injector, I hired Twin Ports Diesel to swap out the injector and program as needed. They needed to replace the no. 1 injector, since I had the EGR deleted it was right out in the open and most accessible injector to reach (1.8 labor hrs per flat rate based on my knowledge). They ran into problems with two broken bolts, and they told me they needed to remove the cab for access, drill the bolts out and then reinstall the cab. I approved this additional work, and then they told me they did that work, billed me for ~17 hrs for presumably doing that work, which I then paid for. Total bill was about $2,500 for replacing 1 injector. Which presumably they did, but injector code is still active. There was still another issues in the top end, so I brought it into my shop to evaluate further. When I got the truck in the shop, I noticed that the cab bolts had not been touched in quite some time, and it was evident to my experienced eyes that they had not removed the cab as they had told me they had. There was an auxiliary wire that I had run which I told them just to cut as they lifted the cab, and I would splice it back later to save them time. They went under the truck and cut that wire just to make it look like they pulled the cab, but that was the only thing they touched related to R&R’ing the cab – just for optics. Since they were able to take the shortcut and just get the bolts out from the fender well, they still billed me for time to R&R the cab and drill out the broken bolts. Apparently, they figured that was easy money since I had already approved pulling the cab. So verbally and in their typed up service notes they told me they had R&R’d the cab, they billed me the time to R&R the cab, and then subsequently tried to make it look like they R&R’d the cab, when in reality they didn’t even begin to do that. As soon as I realized this discrepancy, I contacted them and showed them pictures that proved their story did not line up with the facts. They then admitted to lying about this and that no they did not pull the cab. The only remorse they have expressed is that I got upset about it, not that they lied to me – which seemed like standard operating procedure. I know its hard to find an honest repair shop, but if you are in need of service you’ll have to keep looking, or make sure you literally watch them do the work, otherwise you will probably be taken advantage of like I was. And again, I used to do this for a living so I know what to look for – if this stuff is foreign to you like most people who bring their vehicles into a repair shop, I can’t image the stuff that goes on. If a technician is honest and knows what they are doing, then yes they are worth $100 an hour, but if they aren’t honest, or they don’t know what they are doing – don’t get anywhere close to them with your vehicles. I assumed the best when I gave them my business, but they proved to be lacking in the ethics department. I still have no idea how they do on quality, but I don't ever plan to do business with them again to find out.

I was referred to Jason from another shop that didn't have a diesel mechanic. I told Jason I had a 1995 Ford F350 7.3 that had a leaking rear fuel tank, and that the front tank wasn't working due to a fuel filter light coming on and telling the engine to shut down, (Twice Benna Ford in Superior, and another shop in Superior (that fixed other issues and got me to be able to drive my truck back and forth to my house 12 hours away) and a shop in Michigan that corrected 19 sensors were unable to fix this issue.) I drove the truck 2 miles before the engine shut down on the front tank, and my batteries wouldm't charge, and had to be towed in. Jason changed the rear tank, had the truck in behind the shop for pickup. I came to pick up the truck, and it was set to the front tank, wouldn't crank over, and when I realized it was set to the front tank, it was too late, wore down my battery cranking it before I could add more fuel to the rear tank and try to start it again to failure....batteries were dead. Left a note in the box explaining what had happened. Jason called me the next day and asked what I wanted him to do, I said to change the batteries and start the truck on the back tank. He said they weren't used to older trucks, (it's a 95, and I told him that when I made the appointment....). It appears that the work was never tested, I drove it 3 times before someone stopped me, because I have a new diesel leak pouring out of the engine, and the spare tire support was not reinstalled upon completion of the fuel tank replacement. I must have an electrical issue that is causing the batteries to last less than 1-1/2 years, Jason recommended a shop but now, don't think I'll trust that.

These folks saved our bacon. Several lug nuts fell off our dually as we crossed into Wisconsin, doing significant damage to our wheel. They immediately started looking for parts and got us back on the road as fast as was possible. Super service. We're very appreciative.

This place rocks! Needed brakes done, i called around and Jason was the only one to take the time to look up my vehicle, check for parts, and give me an approximate price. Not knowing if I needed front and rear brakes, they could have charged for both. What a nice surprise to find an honest shop that checked them out and found I didn't need the rear done. The truck actually ran better than before, is that possible? Veteran and woman owned ( husband and wife) they have my business forever. Support this shop, you won't be disappointed.

These guys suck. I brought my car there knowingly having bad tie rods and sway links and they said there is nothing wrong with. I pick my car back up and my car is over heating because they tampered with my coolant and still charged me for the fix even though I never had any issues with that before and magically 2 hours later I’m having issues. Brought it to Auto Ace and they fixed the issues I knew about for a very good price.

This shop is great! I was on a road trip from Detroit to Idaho. When I made a dumb mistake and put gas in my diesel truck at a BP station. Twin ports drained the tanks, blead the lines and got me on the road again. Thanks to Jason and the crew you guys are the best!

Great service, great owners. We had a disabled Chevy 3L Diesel vehicle. They got us in and fixed the issue quickly and without issue. The local Chevy dealerships couldn’t be bothered for weeks. Go here first.
