Late Thursday July 1 we discovered that the engine of our MBZ Sprinter camper van was loosing oil and we expected to be traveling again on the weekend. Bill’s was able to see us the next morning (today), quickly traced the leak to the oil filter cap gasket, which had been cracked by a careless Mercedes mechanic 900 miles back (while doing a routine oil change), and in about an hour we were on our way with a new filter, gasket, oil and pressure-cleaned engine compartment. Plus the MBZ dealer accepted responsibility and paid for the work. Relaxed, friendly, thoughtful folk. Delighted.

I bought my snowdogg plow at bill’s diesel repair in late 2020. After I got home I realized I needed better tires. I bought new tires that were a tad bigger than the ones I had on the truck. I went from a 32 to a 35 inch tire, after getting the tires I was not able to get the plow back on. I called and Eric, he come to where I bought the tires and helped get the plow on. He said it will just take some practice and I’ll be able to do it no problem. well we really never got snow in 2020 and I ended up leaving town from December through March without the truck. When I got back I noticed when the truck was sitting on level ground the tips of the plow were off the ground by over a inch. I removed the plow and paid to have the mount professionally lowered. Come fall of 2021 I went to put the plow back on. I found out I had the chains to tight, fixed that and it was no problem. However when I released the plow it snapped down and the headlight mount hit me in the chest and broke a rib. Also i noticed there were several plastic cap bolts missing. I went to bill and Eric said he would order me new ones. 4 weeks later I stopped back to get them. Eric was not the but a tech retrieved me 6 of them. It finally snowed and went to put the plow on and now the load unload switch was not working. I had to use a Jack to lock it on the truck. Well now it needs to be fixed and I got told to drop it off. I HAVE NO TIME FOR THAT. I really feel that the plow is not the problem. And I feel for Eric, he seems like a nice guy but $9000, for a plow and to have these problems so soon. I would say to step up the game!!

I contacted Bills to get an exhaust manifold leak fixed. After waiting almost 2 weeks to get my truck in, I contacted the shop after dropping off my truck, after they opened to make sure they found the key. On this phone call I found out they was not going to work on my truck. Eric said he doesn't have enough workers in to get my scheduled job done... I am here working and really need my truck. They don't reply to emails either. I have sent 2 different emails confirming the appointment. Very dissatisfied with the lack of professionalism of this business!

Absolutely FANTASTIC! My semi truck developed a bad air leak coming over the bridge. While I was getting unloaded in Superior I looked up local shops and found Bill's. Called them at 215pm, got over there at 3 and he got to work on my truck immediately. 42 minutes and $145 later I was out of there with a new brake chamber, leak tested and good to go! Fast, efficient, good work, reasonable prices and everyone there is super nice! My big poodle got to meet everyone in the shop too! They set the bar high for other shops! A+++!
