The vehicle is driving better... HOWEVER.... they tampered with an electronic device in my vehicle. I went in for an alignment, learned I also needed a new control arm bushing. None of this work requires manipulation of my personal dash camera. They deleted over 2 hours of my recorded data.

I brought my Civic in for what I thought was a bad right front wheel bearing. At times it sounded like there was a helicopter hovering over me. They diagnosed the problem as a sticking brake caliper. I was surprised this could have been the cause of the noise and approved the repair. I picked up the car and it drives like a dream. They could have easily replaced the bearing as well but since it wasn't needed they did not replace it. I trust ABC with all my vehicles. Thank you Wayne.

I managed to cruise over the train track on 21st and my car was making a very loud grinding noise. Enough that passerby’s stopped and told me I needed to drop it off at the nearest place possible because I could have blown a bearing. Called Travis because he was the nearest shop. This was on a Friday night within 30 minutes of close. He was incredibly friendly and told me I’d get an answer by Monday. He got it looked at quickly and told me it was a bent metal shield. He test drove, put it on a lift, fixed it, and test drove again. He let me know my rear bushings and shocks needed replacing. I’d recently gotten this diagnosed in Duluth and have been shopping around. The diagnosis alone ran me $160. He quoted me at under $400 total and is getting me in the same week. The lowest quote I found in Duluth was $780, highest $1,100. Huge fan. He’s been nothing but honest and reasonable.

I went here for an alignment and I also knew I needed a passenger ball joint and control arm put in. The work was done fast however it was done poorly. The rear springs that were put in were not bolted in. The bolts were about a half turn in and then never tightened so there was a loud clunk as I drove home. I took the tires off and tightened these down myself. Next was when working on the control arms he said he needed to cut them with a torch which was fine. However for some reason he was also cutting stuff on the driver side and set my gas line on fire. Now to his credit my gas line is nylon and probably caught easily. But I do not know why he was cutting over there and why a heat shield was not used. I had to replace my hood release cable as that was melted and non functional due to the fire. That seems to be the only issue from the fire that I have noticed. And finally the alignment did not hold for more than a week. I assume his weld was weak and has since broken but I have not had time to check. I also do not feel safe bringing the car back to a place that has caused so many issues with questionable work so I will take the hit on this and leave this review for others to beware. I know the reviews are mostly positive but there were a couple others like mine and I must say I would look anywhere else for work done on your car.

Friendly good service. They do their best to get you in ASAP, are informative, and honest. Edit: they reluctantly took my car in for an alternator replacement with me using Car Shield. They were gracious enough to put up with Car Shield’s ridiculous nonsense which is amazing. Btw don’t ever do Car Shield. Typical cheep insurance/warranty company that actively does everything to avoid paying for repairs.

My wife and I had a brake issue while touring around Lake Superior in our old VW westfalia and stopped in Duluth to try after trying numerous service centers we stopped here and the guy couldn't have been more helpful. He took time to look at the problem and help me understand my options when I felt "up the creek"! Although he didn't have time to fix it he was the only place to take time and show real concern for my predicament! This is real customer service, helping as much as you can. I highly recommend this service center.
