I could probably have justified either 3 or 5 stars for this experience, so I'm splitting the difference. We asked Twins to install a front and back dash cam on our car, and hardwire it so it can run a 24/7 parking monitor even when the car is off. We had purchased the camera and the wiring kit separately. We spoke with the owner, Jimmy, who looked over the equipment we had purchased, gave us a price and told us to drop the car off the next morning. We did, but on picking up the car, it was wired so that it wouldn't have power when the car was off, which defeated the whole point of getting it hardwired in. The tech told us it was because we got the wrong kind of hardwire kit, with 2 connectors at the end instead of 3. Wrong wires were, admittedly, our fault, but we didn't know what to look for, and if the wires couldn't support what we asked for, they should have told us before doing the work in a way that didn't meet our request. We could have traded out the wires before they ever started work. Shop was willing to fix it, to their credit, though they had to be pushed a bit to get there. They told me what wiring kit to buy, and Jimmy wrote a note on our receipt that we shouldn't be charged again for the re-install. Brought it back with the right wires a couple days later, and the tech didn't believe me that Jimmy had written this note. Said it didn't look like his handwriting, but all I know is he wrote it right in front of me. Surprising amount of back and forth to get him to accept what the owner had promised us, since Jimmy wasn't there that day, but he did get the job done. We later noticed several problems: 1) the video from the back camera was upside-down. 2) a plastic piece in the car that covers where some of the wires go kept falling off, and 3) most importantly, the camera still didn't switch from full video to parking monitor when we turned the car off. Now, instead of turning off entirely with the car, it just stayed on and would wear out the battery. Per the camera app, it wasn't wired correctly to use the parking monitor feature. It seemed to us the wires were likely switched. We called up and talked with Jimmy, who promised he would deal with it himself this time. We brought the vehicle back a third time, and after a few hours Jimmy called to say it was ready. The upside down back camera had been fixed. The cover that kept falling off had been glued in place. But the camera mode couldn't be fixed. He said the wires were in the right place, and maybe the camera was faulty. Installing a replacement camera would be simple, at least, with the wires already in place that could stay where they were. We bought a new camera, from a different brand (but with the same connectors), installed it ourselves, and fortunately he seems to be right, because the same wires work with the new camera, and it enters parking mode just fine. So, five stars for the owner standing by his shop's work. They did a great job hiding all the wires, at a reasonable price, and they were willing to fix their work multiple times without further payments. Three stars for the inattention that made it require three visits. I'm sure they're not pleased either with the amount of extra work this required. All in all, a solid review, but I'm not sure whether this will be the place I choose next time.

Let me preface with, I have never written a Google review in my entire life, but I feel obligated after working with Twins Auto. When I tell you this is the TRUE definition of a great shop, I mean it. Jimmy gave me his personal cell and updated me on literally everything about my car, let me ask questions, and even took some of my suggestions in mind. I usually get screwed over at every shop because I am a kid, but this shop treated me like family. No one in my area could diagnose my electrical issues with my G37x, but jimmy said he wouldnt stop until he found my issue. I was concerned with my car being in their shop for days, I was going to be paying a hefty price. A weeks worth of work ended up running me $350 which is a fraction of the cost other shops quoted me. I can not recommend a shop other than Twins at this point. They stayed open an extra couple minutes so I could pick up my car, have checked in multiple times to see if everything is going well, and genuinely care about the customer. This is definitely not your average mechanic shop and I am IMPRESSED. Thank you to Jimmy and the entire Twins auto staff, you guys were amazing. Dont go to your local shop, and please trust in these people and their work. I have confidence you will be as satisfied as I am.

Jimmy is the owner of this shop. He is a great guy and a better mechanic. He fast and friendly. He does his best to take care of his customers piece of mind as well as their pocketbooks. Jimmy is the only mechanic that works on my car and has been for several years.
