I got referred to two brothers automotive by another mechanic thinking they will take me right away but I took an appointment it was Monday and I got the appointment for the following Wednesday which is great. I got a follow up text reminder for my appointment and another text yesterday to confirm. So far so good. I have a 1999 van that has two incomplete monitors the CAT and Evap so I’m hoping to complete the drive cycle for either to pass my smog. I was told that the Bosch O2 sensor I purchased and installed will not work on that van because it needed OEM part and that the cost would be $360 to replace downstream O2 sensor in order to complete the CAT monitor. I got the car back (but not my Bosch O2 sensor, for some reason, two Brothers Automotive kept my Bosch O2 sensor and did not give it back to me.) and drove it but the car did not complete the CAT monitor as promised. I found out from previous owner that the Thermostat was open so the car never reached warm temperatures for the CAT monitor to set. I thought for sure Two brothers Automotive gave me a proper diagnose. Why did they have to take my Bosch O2 sensor? I can return it for a full refund. I believe they should have given me back my Bosch O2 sensor. IDK. I fixed the Van myself. They wanted to schedule another day and claimed their diagnose was proper, but I’m not so sure. I tested three O2 sensors before purchasing the Bosch and the Bosch O2 sensor worked great. I feel cheated and robbed.★★★★★ a year ago

Visited this place in July for smog repairs, having been approved for the consumer assistance program, (CAP) thru the bureau of automotive repair, (BAR). Seven days without the use of my vehicle and poor communication as to the progress in doing repairs. Called me on the seventh day stating smog tech had been out sick for three days and would probably be out for another week, would I like to take the vehicle to another smog station. Picked the vehicle up on day eight, with no repairs done, therefore, no charge. Honesty is not one of their stronger suits with such a poor reason given. This place was booked up solid in the month of June for star smog station repairs alone. I smell a rat.........Sounds like they should of paid me for everyday my vehicle sat on their lot for nothing, while they continued to service other vehicles.How else would a business survive? Besides, next shop I went to had the minor repairs and smog certification done in less than three days.★☆☆☆☆ 2 years ago

I dread having to go to an auto shop but I found Two Brothers Automotive on Yelp and because of their reviews I decided to give them a shot. I was having issues with my A/C.
