Brought my car in to change front axels and both front lower ball joints along with two new tires, the day I picked up my car there were three different lights on my dashboard one said check system that referred to my suspension the other one said tire pressure was low and my brake light was on so they basically forgot to replace something that prevents brake fluid from leaking I almost got into an accident because I was told to drive the car for 5 miles and bring it back if the lights did not turn off during At that time I found out my brakes weren’t working because there was no brake fluid I literally almost got into an accident I had to bring the car back immediately, mind you , they argued it wasn’t their fault despite the fact that none of these lights were on and my brakes worked perfectly fine prior to bringing the car to them at the end of the day they fix the problem my car is in good shape but I would never ever return please do not go There

Aren't you a tire shop? Is it that hard? (Proceeds to look at tire) Dude... do you not know tires? You sell tires, yea? Is it that hard? H: Yes Me .. guess I'll go somewhere that knows tires. The employees are great workers and get the job done right and fast. The owner of the establishment I heard calling employees derogatory names over the phone in a belittling manner and was very evil when supervising the establishment. He needs some training.

I called about 1:30 PM to ask if they had a certain tire for my daughter’s Camry 2017 they told me yes so I told him I would be there later on when I got there it took them a couple minutes to ask me if I needed help. I told him that I had called and spoken to Roberto regarding a tire and then they told me to wait I waited another 15 minutes when someone else came up to me and asked me what kind of tire I need it I told them and they said they would go check I waited another 20 minutes and they never came back. After another 10 minutes finally this young guy came and asked me if I really needed a used tire and I said yeah he went and checked outside and brought back a really old bad tire I looked at and I told him this tire is bad he said I know but that’s the only time I have so I called my daughter Then I asked him to show me the tire again and the guy told me I just threw it away ! I was so shocked and could not believe he told me this horrible experience horrible service I will never ever be back I will let everybody know about my experience at this tire place .

I purchased four new tires for my truck, everything seems to be fine in like a week I was washing my truck and I noticed the alloys wheel were damaged, when they removed the metal clip in each tire they damame my four wheels rims. Very dissatisfied.

It was very fast. It's been along time I wannit to stop by this place and check it out. Very nice, very spacious. It's a new startup business with very good prices. I got my flat tire fix for $12 dollars. I like it cus you don't have spend 2 hrs at a name brand stablishment for a fix a flat. I was in and out in less then 30 minutes. Good luck guys I'm sure you will do great in the neighborhood.

DONT GO HERE! They lie about the work they perform and charge you for it. Then you show them proof that it was not done. Only to get harassed and yelled at by Yolanda the receptionist and Jose the owner. It’s a NO! Please research a better trustworthy place.

Great customer service! They always take care or my car. Honest service and great prices! *** update 2 years later Use to be 5 stars not anymore . New staff are rude. Brought my car in to get my yearly break change , when I got my car back my car was squeaking. Took it back to them a week later, they changed them again. Sweaking still. They then told me it was my back tires and wanted to over charge me so I didn’t get them done there. Long story short , found out they let air in my break line and now want to charge me another 100.00 for their mistake. These new people are Scammers and I’m so hurt and disappointed.

DONT BRING YOUR CAR HERE My car was leaking coolant. They said I needed a new thermostat and water pump. They tried to charge me $1500 for parts and labor. I drove my car home leaking coolant and found the leak myself …. Come to find out it was just an $8 engine plug replacement. They literally would have got my money and never even found the actual problem which was literally just a plug that was corroded.

I went in for a diagnostic and they never gave me the codes or the problem they proceeded to tell me they fixed everything and sent me a 1400 bill. Instead of telling me what was wrong so I can take it somewhere else. Even when I paid they still didn’t tell me the codes. They never got my approval to fix anything. I ONLY went for a diagnosis.

Took a work van in for a transmission and battery issue. They couldn't give me a price over the phone for the transmission should have been my first warning. The battery was not very old so I did not think it was that. When they gave me the price for the transmission it did not include a new valve body or factory update. Which is very important when rebuilding a transmission. Then they said they tested the battery and alternator and both were bad. The alternator I changed 6 months ago. I picked up my van since I didn't trust them at this point. Installed a new battery and had a professional shop test the alternator and it the alternator was fine. So if they can't test an alternator correctly I wouldn't take my car here OR ANY US TIRE EVEN IF THEY ARE SEPARATE OWNERS.

I just went on April 9 to do a oil change and the service fast but every time that you come to this place you’re not going to see the same employees so this time different guys help and my review is to let people know that ❌YOU GUYS NEED TO BE AWARE ❌ They remove some screws and this part is all loose They removed screws and did not put them in the back. There’s no need to remove the screws from there, why I only needed an oil change I don't understand why they did it and I realized when my car started making some noises and it was that loose part that was making the noise

Roberto was great! Super friendly & easy to talk to. I pulled up & he greeted me walking up to my car- I needed tire after having blow out the day before & I needed oil change- he got me in and outta there in the matter less than 20 minutes- the guys were all so nice too, being a female I didn’t feel like it wasn’t trustworthy- & pricing is the going rate at most tire shops for used tires & oil change of synthetic blend is 60$- ill for sure go back for future oil changes!
