Acura has fallen through on two promises and have not delivered the parts needed for body 3 weeks later. This 5 star rating is extended to Eric and Ukong Auto for their timely updates and not burdening me to remove the vehicle until the parts arrive. Ukong Auto truly understands customer service and care. Acura, on the other hand, gets 3 pinocchios.

Serouly.. this place doesn't care about ur safety. I wish I can upload some pictures of what this place done to my car after I had accident. They don't care stabilized bolt, swaybar location, bended front panel, rotor backing plate, finally brake cariper bolt. They only care about money. I will never recommend this place to anybody who drives car. Their attitude , lack of knowledge of car, every single piece what this place done to my car. Specially , the owner of the place , I never met that kind of person who is stupid and want only money for him. So, never go to this place.. never.

This place is a joke. The workmanship was terrible. They left overspray on my front bumper as well as denting my rear bumper. I also found that my trunk had been opened and ransacked. The only answer I got was "I don't know". They actually tried to return the car in that terrible condition. They obviously take no pride in their work. Avoid this place at all costs!

Fraudulent bait and switch business practice. Lured me with a potential bargain price (forced me to make the trip to get to their place with a false promise that the manager will give me a break on the price for a paint job) and then quoting me $550 for a small $200 paint job. Terrible business practice to make tons of money off of their customers with false promises.

Never go to this place. After accident , this place said fixed my car. The first day , stabilizer was not tighten , I complained about it and the guy told me it is one bolt ... I had to go through very hard time with this place about my car, after 2 weeks I just found out , right front brake piston bolt was broken . This place place gave me the car without one brake piston was not tighten.

I came for some replacements for my bearing, the job was done fast and with precision. I usually work on my own car but some tools require air tools so I saw the job being done and definitely approved not that my approval holds any value. What strikes me the most is how friendly everyone is. Will (Asian one, theres two and both really friendly) introduced me to the all the employees there, it was like one big family. Everyone cracking jokes and just having a good time. It felt like home and sometimes not cars but a broken heart could need replacing too. I came for a bearing job, one hour later, I came out with a replaced bearing and a new heart. Will come back again for future repairs.

I have a 2002 SUV was giving me issues. I was driving around with an engine light that many shops before this could not get rid of. I came here and its now 2+ months after getting fix and the e light is gone. Everyone there is great. Amazing customer service and you can tell they take great pride in their work! I will definately be coming back for future work if need be. :)

Best staff in the biz. Gets the job done, priced fairly, and wait times never under exaggerated. About 2 days standard time to get medium to large repairs done. These guys are pros. They will tell you what you need and tell you what you may need vs dealerships that say “you need to replace this and that”. Here they will tell you what you need done immediately and recommend other things that may need replacing or fixing that will cause issues down the line. You never feel rushed and always leave satisfied. If only I never stepped foot in Jamaica’s Ford service center. 180 difference in work and care.

We went to fix our car here the week before the fourth of July and they got the car back to us just in time for the weekend. Excellent service and special thanks to Eric. He was amazing he called us with frequent updates on the car which surprised me and my boyfriend. The prices he gave us were fair. We had work done at another shop previously here in Ridgewood and were grossly overpriced for the same work. I would recommend this place to anyone who asks about an auto place. I've signed up on many sites just to be able to leave them a great review.

Not recommended!!! They do lousy job . Paint came off after 6 months. Got it inspected and they said it was caused because of dent as a matter of fact there is no dent. It’ might be just they use very cheap paint or they don’t know how to do it. I’m gonna call and complain this to progressive and see what’s gonna happen. Please stat away from this shop!! They will rip you

Been going here for 14 years and for the past year just terrible. Most recently quoted $2000 for a job involving mounts. My car has 6 mounts (4 engine, 2 transmission). I thought they planned on replacing them all since it is recommended if one piece is compromised, all should be replaced together. Instead they tried to charge me $1100 for only two mounts and $900 for labor. Within one hour of research and calls, several other garages quoted me $1600 for all 6 mounts and $450-550 for labor. Did my own research and Honda OEM is $1600 as well. Disappointed by how they tried to rip me off over $1000. Do your own research before going here.
