I had brought my car to the dealer 3 times and they couldn't figure out what was wrong. Why I had to shake my battery randomly to get it to reconnect so I could start my car. Eventually shaking the battery didn't work so I had to have my car towed to Ultimate Automotive. It took Don a few hours and it's fixed!! I highly recommend them.

Complete scam! Even if this is your last option do not go here. They tried to charge me over 3 grand , yes you heard me , 3 GRAND because I was having problems with my brakes and was having to slam on my brakes to the floor just for my car to stop. They recommended parts that I didn’t need that were so expensive when all I needed was to bleed my brakes because there was air trapped into them. I Took it to my friend dads house and he fixed it in 20 minutes. They definitely take advance of young women that don’t have a lot of knowledge on vehicles.

Have you ever watched how a company does business and thought to yourself “they’re alright with me!”? If not, I challenge you to simply read their responses to the lower scored reviews here on Google. Professional, empathetic, accountable, knowledgeable. And those are all great ways to describe a business. But even more than that, they are PEOPLE! They have hearts. They’re honest. I remember one of the classroom signs from my fifth grade home room. It said “INTEGRITY - it’s doing the right thing, even when no one is looking.” This company embodies that. I have not yet had the pleasure of receiving services but I have no reason to believe that they’d steer you wrong. Over at UA, you’ll come across REAL PEOPLE, who care. And yes, business is business, sure. But you can always tell when people actually love what they do! Doing what you love is rewarding, getting paid to do it is a bonus lol so go pay UA to do what they love! And take a peek at their social media while you wait. Their social media manager doesn’t miss on the wit! Honestly, y’all - I’m praying that every single one of you are blessed beyond measure. Thank you for being a business full of honest folks. 💜

I have been waiting to make this review. Now I finally can. Although the reply will probably be them taking no accountability and blaming the warranty company and all these lies. Brought my truck in first thing Monday morning. Was told it was going to be diagnosed same day and then the warranty company will be called. Next day still no word from them. I messaged them which I have all the messages and all the phone calls were always recorded. They kept lying to me telling me that they were calling the warranty company and then after I would call the warranty company and they would say the shop is not even calling them this went on for about 3 days. Maybe four. The warranty company approved certain parts they were trying to get more money out of the warranty company but since the warranty company didn't approve that they were trying to charge me for something. Any way to get their money. But if I was using cash and I didn't have a warranty the truck would have been fixed in no time. Here it is the next week Tuesday morning and I'm just getting my truck. If you would have just called the warranty company instead of lying my truck would have been fixed. My kids missed a week of school I had to Uber wherever I had to go so I wiped everything out. Not everyone has money like everyone else. And then the fact that they charged me $34 a shop fee on charge of my deductible after all the trouble you put me through is crazy. A shop fee for towels and stuff that they use. Not sure how this company got the almost five stars that they have. But they shouldn't because they don't really care. I'm sure they will reply to the review with all these answers but they didn't have any answers for lying to me and trying to get more money out of the warranty company. I have proof. They were also trying to overcharge for labor the warranty company called me and told me what they were trying to do and I recorded all the phone calls. Do not go here if you have a warranty they try to take advantage especially of women.

I recently Google for some automotive repair services in Slidell Louisiana, and I came across ultimate Automotive. All I wanted was just a quote and feel of the business to get an idea what the cost to be so when I'm ready to repair my struts and disc brakes. The time was about 4:39, 20 minutes before closing and I was greeted by a gentleman that was most kind and patient and very communicative before I got my quote. He gathered all my information and was able to TEXE me a full pdf quote in detail of what wouldbe the approximate cost of repair. I have to say, the efficiency the communication and the technology to get the information to me quickly was impeccable. I would recommend this Ultimate Automotive to anyone that needs quote information as well as great repair service
