I tried to wash my dog at the dog wash today, neither machine would work with a credit card. I tried to get change at the two bill changer machines and neither of those worked. I then texted the help number that is on every machine and got no response. Stay away from this place

Decently priced, washes my truck good, it's in the middle of winter so I don't expect it to be perfect however it could use better dryers as there are none for the sides of the vehicle only for the top.

It doesn't have enough pressure in the hand wash to remove the winter residue of salt and road dirt with a ten minute wash on a regular sedan. I'm not complaining, just saying maybe up the pressure a bit. It worked pretty well though. I'd give it a 70 percent satisfaction rating based on the quality of my experience and the convenient location.

Don’t use your credit card at this car wash! Beware, they will overcharge you! I spent four dollars at the self wash the next day I check my bank statement they charge me $10. Never had a problem with any other car wash first time and last time using this location.

Yeah so 3rd time through in the last couple months and my truck came out looking horrible. Until this place slowly and painfully goes out of business this will surely be a waste of time and money. Don't just take my word for it though as the bad reviews are plentiful. This guy doesn't care, and so nor do I while writing this mean review. Sell it or fix and quit ripping of the community...

Been here twice within 7 days and I have yet to find a bay that everything works at. One bay doesn’t spray soap, the other doesn’t have spot free rinse working and tire shine, the last one doesn’t have wax working. Some dials don’t even have labels. Figured it’d be maintained but it’s just been downhill for years.

Used the car wash on the right side, and in the middle of the wash, it kept stopping before it would reach the front of my car, and it would drag across the hood of my car, and eventually got stuck and it shut down the wash. It ended up leaving a deep scratch on my hood. I tried calling the number posted and it was disconnected. I am very upset with this.

Absolutely pathetic. Several machines eat your money and don't give it back. Good luck finding anyone to help either. Nobody is ever there. And the machines that DON'T steal your money, are absolutley abysmal at sucking up ANY dirt at all. I could do a better job sucking with a straw and my own mouth. Take my advice. Go literally ANYWHERE else. Leaving your car door open for the wind to blow the dirt out will be more efficient than this sad excuse for a business. THEY STEAL YOUR MONEY!!! DO NOT COME HERE!!! WASTE OF TIME!!!

The dog wash sucks! Always dirty and clogged! Decided to try one more time on Christmas Eve to wash our dog before holidays. The far one doesn’t turn on again! And, the other is so dirty and clogged we couldn’t clean up! Rather drive further and pay a little more and went to pet supplies plus. We know there’s are always clean. NEVER AGAIN HERE!3 strikes…your out!

Save your money. Go somewhere else, especially in winter. Auto touchless bays will take your money and fail during wash cycle or hit your car. Had to drive to Canal Fulton to get the frozen soap off my car the other day. The machine sprayed soap all over my car on a 15-degree day and then stopped working. Touchless washes everywhere else are always working, no matter the temperature. The amount of product applied during wash and wax cycle are extremely small amounts. I hope this place gets taken over by someone else, who can update the antiquated equipment that is constantly down. Don't even get me started on the dog wash. Only reason I go there is location. As soon as another wash opens nearby, I'm gone. On a subscription plan so it makes it worse. Here today approx 1-17-2025 37.0 F and another auto bay breakdown. 2:18 p.m. Here again 1-24-2025 18.0 F 2:49 pm. Auto wash bay broke again. 1-26-2025 30.0 F 1:23 p.m. Left bay broke long line for only working bay. 1-30-2025 43F. Left bay down 2:31 p.m. 2-19-2025 3:30 pm. 19 F. Both bays down. Need to start refunding subscribers. 2-20-2025 19F 1:10 pm. Left auto bay computer locked up, no stop cone to warn you. QR subsciber code scanner doesn't work. 2-24-2025 50 F 3:08 pm Left bay says out of service on screen. Of course, you dont know until you pull into lane. No cone to stop customers. 5-10 perfect weekend to wash car. Auto bays down or malfunctioning again. Left bay. First, right wheel water rinse spinner hardly any pressure. Barely any soap spraying No wax I could see. Dryer came on 2 seconds Would have went to right side bay to finish correctly, but its down completely. Vacuums on right side behind wash bays missing weather cover and vacuums would not turn on using app. Right bay blocked by cone. What a rip of off, if you have a subscription. I'm cancelling mine today.
