I came to these clowns for a simple front brake pads and rotors job, and they somehow managed to screw this up. Halfway into the job, they called me into the garage to show me that THEY had broken my caliper, and that I had to pay for a whole new one. Again, I ONLY needed pads and rotors, but Lo! Not anymore . . . . . So after this is done and pretty much cost me twice what it would have and should have originally cost me, I drive it home and after about a week or so, one of the calipers was locking up and burning up my brand new pads. I ended up going to a more provenly competent garage to have fixed what they couldn't seem to do right to begin with. You probably shouldn't go to them and take the chance of this happening to you.

I'm a single woman and know nothing of cars! Mr. Wrenches provided the skill and expertise to fix my car and did not try to sell me something I didn't need. I had originally gotten a quote for $2500 at Goodyear service. Everything that they had suggested was not necessary. Mr.Wrenches quoted only $1400 and made my car SAFE to drive again. One word to describe this business and that's integrity. Darren is extremely honest about the cost of work that needs done and won't pressure you to get repairs you can't afford. He and the mechanics will bring you on the shop floor to let you know how things are progressing. Highly recommend to anyone but you should definitely book an appointment. Place can be busy!

I took my car in for brake noise and diagnosis of noises coming from the rear. The mechanic was thorough and showed me the issues very quickly. The waiting area is comfortable and clean. Their price for repairs are excellent and the staff are polite, patient and courteous. I drove my car home and it was a 150% improvement in how it handled, braked and no more foreign noises. I had a son stuck out of town an hour away with a broken-down vehicle. These folks actually went out to the site. Looked over the car got it running enough to get it back to their shop noticed a couple things that need worked on and replaced. They fixed it in one day we're very informative very cordial and very knowledgeable. I would have to say with that quick turnaround their pricing was fantastic too. Wish they were closer to our home I'd recommend them to everyone I know.

I’ve had multiple cars worked on Overpriced and took forever with my car last car. Never fixed the problem 2011 Cruze - I paid $700 to have them fix my car because of a radiator problem for it to break down the next day and when I brought it back they said I need a engine another ($1200) paid for engine and I have them replace the engine and once it was installed WAS NO GOOD and still wanted to me to pay to have it taken out. (1,400) kept my Cruze because of the problem they couldn’t recognize. 2007 express van- I asked them to replace fuel lines they gave me a quote of 2,200 which was outrageous. In the midst of that quote business is under new management never returning calls. I wasn’t happy with quote so I wanted to come get my van that they never worked on and they stated I owe a storage fee of ($20) a day on top of them never returning calls saying they’re new waiting on someone who know about van to say anything. I would highly recommend never going to this shop

Really gone downhill. Used to take my cars up here for quick break work and inspections. Came up the other day to get an option on a noise I had coming from my rear tire. Only people there were two guys in tshirts and jeans one behind the desk one on the other side talking. I assumed this was an employee and a customer so I waited. Turns out both worked there and were just bullshitting before addressing customers. I asked if someone could give me a quick opinion on the noise and the guy behind the desked laughed and said "you're joking right"Confused I told him, "I just need an opinion on the sound I think it could be the rear breaks or a caliper but I'm unsure' he proceeded to tell me that no one could possibly look at it "quickly" and that he can schedule me next week. Tool it down the street to Vans, the guy at the front desk drive it around the block and let me know it was more than likely a break drum boot getting caught up in under 10 minutes. This place has become lazy, don't know if the older gentleman I've delt with in the past still works there but these two dudes in their late 30s were very disrespectful, unprofessional and lazy

The mechanic that worked on my vehicle seemed friendly and knowledgeable but there's just no good communication between the shop and customer. I always had to call to get an update on what was going on with my car and for how long my vehicle was there and what I paid, I didn't leave really feeling "taken care of".

Really appreciate the customer service and service that was done on my car. I was really in need of service done on my car and they did the best they could to repair my car. They seen how desperate and in need of it to be done. My first time ever meeting them and I felt I knew them my whole life. Great place! Very understanding and considerate. Took my car in for a few things including my brakes (i thought were bad) i get a call later in the day explaining to me that they were fine! Amazing news and even happier with the integrity of this shop and these mechanics. Me and my boyfriend come her with most if not all issues and we've never been disappointed. Fairly priced too!! Besides not needing the brakes done i was still more than happy with the price. Had a nice conversation with the gentleman handling my keys while i pet the shop dog and was outta there quickly without feeling rushed. Totally recommend!!!

This company is truly amazing. Super sweet and efficient. Having your car break down is never fun but honestly they made is super easy and worry free. I just picked up the car today and is driving beautifully. So a giant thank you to the mechanics in back and also a giant thank you to the guy at the desk I think his names Brian .
