I got tires delivered to this location and was able to get an appointment the next morning to get them installed. Dylan was very happy to help and the Midas team did a great job, also providing a complimentary review of my car to ensure everything was in check. Will definitely come back here for my future car repair needs. Edit: Addition to the above review - after driving fifty miles the manufacturer recommends going back to the installer to ensure lug nuts are still tight and not loose. Called Midas and they had me come in at my leisure to ensure they were tight and safe for free, and it took only 3 minutes. FANTASTIC place.

Very corporate mindset. Unless, you fall under their policy, they would not attend to you. I spent $1200 on my Lexus LX there in 07/2024 and when I returned with my Audi in 09/2025 for a very simple 10 minute job (which likely is not going to make them another $1200), as I do not have a lift at home, the outright refused to accommodate me. Disappointing, would not return again nor would I advise anybody else to go there.

I never leave reviews on things, but for this I had to. Taking my car to Midas almost killed me. I took my car in for a normal oil change before my trip to GA. Nothing complicated. I was suspicious that I had maybe a slow leak in my front left tire or back left tire so I asked them to look at it but not do any work on it. I arrived at 5:45 p.m. to pick up my car and they close at 6. When driving I pulled my car out to exit the property, my car WOULDN'T BRAKE. They're exit to their building is on a busy street. Luckily the other drivers were paying attention and were able to get in the lane farthest from me. My car was halfway in the road and halfway on the street. I had to use my EMERGENCY brake to stop my car. I lived 2 minutes away from Midas. I was able to get my car back safely. At first I thought I was crazy and maybe I wasn't paying attention. But when I got to my place I knew that something was horribly wrong. I had my friend drive my car in our parking lot and she looked at me in fear and agreed that wasn't how it was when we took it in. After investigation, we saw my brake fluid was significantly low. We thought maybe they had drained it to get more business, which is so sickening. However, it was much worse than that. We filled it up and as I was pumping the brakes we heard a noise like air coming out of a balloon and all the sudden all my fluid rushed out of my car.... They damaged my brake line. Whether this was an accident or on purpose to get more business, they made a huge mistake. They almost caused a car accident to where I could've been hurt OR someone else. I thought they were saying with their 4.7 stars and 430 reviews. Almost all of them I saw were good. But when I went there they also offer you $5 off of you submit a Google review. It all made sense why so many reviews were good. People did it before they got their cars back. For YOUR safety and others, don't take your car here.

I had an exceptional experience at Midas! From the moment I walked in, the guy who helped me was friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. Dylan took the time to explain my tire options and helped me choose the best set for my vehicle. The installation was quick and efficient, and they even checked my alignment and gave me some great maintenance tips. My car drives smoother than ever, and I feel much safer on the road now. Prices were fair, the service was top-notch, and the waiting area was clean and comfortable. I highly recommend Midas to anyone in need of new tires or expert tire care. This Midas location will forever be my go to when it comes to anything car related. Every single employee that I’ve had the pleasure of working with has always greeted me with kindness and professionalism. I always appreciate their helpfulness, from physically showing me what they’re working on with my car to helping me go through financial options. I especially appreciated Jacob assisting me with financial options for my latest service, helping me checkout past closing time. We were visiting from out of town and the car started shaking. They were able to take it in right away. I was given estimates for the time and cost of the diagnostic testing. Then after the testing, what it would cost for the repair and approximately how long it would take. I would get an update a couple of times, which was nice to know. My daughter mentioned how it seemed the guys got along well in the shop. Not a have to for the job, but I’m sure it helps. I definitely recommend this Midas!!

Since August, whatever could go wrong with my car because of the wear and tear I put it, has gone wrong! I have had almost the whole front and repaired. I’ve had shocks and I just had a vapor purge system repaired. While my struts were stretching out, I had to call because I was worried about every noise under the sun, and I’ll be honest with you, I can be and was super annoying!!! They could’ve got aggravated with me and asked me to stop calling but they always just explain it again to me, Also, when a part was bad from the distributor, they did make sure it was replaced because the parts are under warranty, so that was very helpful!! They always treat everybody like they I have known you their whole life, I say that because I know because sitting in the waiting room I see how they talk to their customers!!😊

I had an excellent experience with Midas when my car unexpectedly broke down. They allowed me to drop it off at their shop right away and gave it a full inspection. After discovering that the engine was unfortunately shot, they took the time to explain the situation and helped me make the difficult but smart decision to sell the vehicle. What really stood out to me was how respectful and kind the mechanics and manager, were. They showed genuine understanding and empathy toward my situation, which made a stressful time much easier. They even let me keep the car at their shop for a few extra days while I arranged for it to be picked up, and they worked patiently with me when the towing company was delayed. This kind of professionalism and compassion is rare. Midas just gained a new customer, We used to go to a privately owned shop in Massillon however 3months ago they said my breaks were fine without taking off the tires and they sold us an exhaust for a evap leak we've had for years and it didn't fix it. This Midas however has been super through and we found out we had a couple of seased calipers, and needed breaks calipers and rotors all around, had a newer oil leak and the filler neck (what was causing the evap leak) was completely rusted through!! The check engine light has been on for years and it's finally off after two days of work! (pictures are of the old filler neck that was somehow missed at the old shop I went to that they somehow missed.) They worked with me on the price and when there was a weird noise from the new caliper immediately warrantied a defective caliper and rotor without question In about an hour! This is my go to shop from now on.
