I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND - Brown Street Autocraft! Our vehicle was hit by another driver and their insurance company highly recommended Brown Street Autocraft. The bumper, fender, and front driver light were damaged in the accident. The process was so smooth. The appointment was setup in less than 24 hours. Bob spent the time to explain the process, the work that needed to be done and the time it would take. The car rental company was there waiting for me and took me to pick-up my rental without any hitches. The ordered parts were at the shop within 3 days and the repairs were underway. Bob took care of all the contact between the Insurance agency, the parts, and the rental car while the car was being repaired. The repairs took less than a week (during Christmas Week!!) to finish. I was amazed with the results, the car looked brand new. They went above and beyond. Even the smallest details were done with professionalism, quality care with a personal touch. The following list are some of the amazing job: 1. Incredible paint job and repair! It looks like a new car! 2. They fixed an old dent in the back of the car - for free. 3. They vacuumed and detailed the inside of the car. 4. They buffed and cleaned the other headlight to match the brand new one. 5. They even replaced the engine cover's snap-on clips that were all worn out. 6. All so quickly and smoothly and with such great care for detail! Brown Street Autocraft is the place to go!!

5 stars for a few reasons. Faster than expected between ordering of the part and short time truck was in there. Two and very big thing for an automobile repair place is honesty. My initial estimated price was over 100 higher, but since truck took less time Bob called me immediately and adjusted the price due to less labor time. Other places would more likely not informed me of such details. With that said I will be back for future repair needs. Which unfortunately for me as I just discovered as going through the car wash, the driver's side door has a leak. Was less damaged than passenger side door (which was what got worked on) and didn't show any water from rain beforehand. So I be back in within a month if not sooner.

I thought these folks were nice people until I went to take my hellcat to trade in and figured out the minor scratches I cash paid these guys to fix got reported.. so now it shows “minor damage” on carfax when I go to trade it in which on a 70000 dollar car is costing me thousands on my trade in.. when confronted these guys continued lying “oh no we wouldn’t report something like that” .. well 8 months later at a dealership 150 miles away they can tell me the exact date I brought it in to brown st craft.. feels like a gut punch to be lied to on top of having it happen in the first place.. would never recommend.

I can't imagine anyone being more particular with their cars than I am. If you want the best in paint and collision repair, Brown Street Autocraft is the place. Bob White and his staff aim to please and their aim is spot on! They just repaired my car after a run in with a deer. I'm so happy I chose Brown Street Autocraft! When I bought my car 1 year ago it had a hacked up paint protection film on the front bumper and the front section of hood. I decided I would peel that off and buff the whole car. Being an amateur detailer, I buffed through the paint on my hood and my rear bumper. I was horrified!! I called a couple body shops and everyone had an excuse to why they couldn't do it.... They were the only ones to say "bring it down" They were all so nice, respectful, and patient through the whole process. I'm extremely nit picky about my car and I know it's hard to color match when painting 1 piece instead of the whole car.. It took a couple rounds to get everything perfect, but through this process Bob and Helen were kind, caring, and down to earth. The paint job is basically perfect and I'm so happy I chose them to do the work. Will use for further service. (Hopefully not on this car LOL)
