They live up to their name! A+ Auto in Cuyahoga Falls delivers on their promise. They went above and beyond. I took my car in for multiple warning lights illuminating on the dashboard. Turns out a critter built nests under the hood and chewed through just about every wire. The team went right to work on it. The damage was worse than initially thought but they kept to the original repair quote and the repairs were completed when promised. I highly recommend them! Honest, reliable, and they did an excellent job soldering all the wires back together. I will be using them for routine maintenance and everything else. No more warning lights and runs like new. Thank you!

I have had my SUV here several times now. Larry and everyone at this shop are amazing! I will never take my vehicle to another shop. If you need work done on your vehicle this is the place to take it. When you walk in there you feel like family! They are honest and fair and Larry is willing to work with you. I could go on and on about this place but if you need work done this is the place to go!

I had a problem with my car made worse by the two mechanics I had look at it. Hundreds of dollars later, an employee of Autozone suggested A+ auto. I will never take my cars anywhere else. They are well educated on cars and will explain anything to you. They are great. One drawback for some people might be that they keep old fashioned business hours. M-F to 6. Do not let that deter you. Only once years ago have I been to somebody as knowledgeable as these guys. I honestly believe there's is nobody better.

They seem to be excellent and honest. But, my car was dying and they were doing a series of costly repairs, instead of telling me the real problem. Luckily a friend of mine sent me to his mechanic. He did a diagnosis right there in front of me No closed doors like at A+Auto Sales and Services. There are other reasons why I do not recommend this business. But, just know that they are nice but, do you want to pay for nice? Or do you want to pay for honesty and competency?

Update still five stars Plus I've had thousands of dollars worth of work done with Larry and still probably saved $3000 or more by not going to other places. Larry only does the work that needs to be done his staff is excellent. Recently had brakes Dawn on my Corolla a window fixed automatic type and a new starter put on my car. Over the last 12 years I've had five different vehicles work on with Larry I completely trust him and highly recommend him and his staff on East Cuyahoga Falls avenue in Akron. Larry and his staff are great! Honest and reasonable. My car broke down in Maple Heighs at 10 am I had it towed to A Plus and got there at noon Larry had it done for me as soon as he could. He fixed what Fr_d's Auto around the corner messed up 1 year ago. He had to redo a timing belt that broke after just a year, cheap belt. He also discovered a broken bolt that they just glued!! Bottom line if I just gone back to Larry I wouldn't have had to redo what Fred messed up! Thanks A Plus Auto!

I came to A+ Auto because a very good friend of mine recommended them for automotive repairs and she always uses them. I can see why! Larry is awesome and I believe today I met his wife while I was picking up my car, she is awesome as well. Hes very honest, kept me updated the entire way! They didnt have my parts there and had to order them and he STILL got my brakes done quickly! He even explained to me what was wrong with my breaks and what may need done along with giving me accurate estimates! They are busy and I see why, because they do amazing, honest work, yet they still take time to talk to talk with customers! You get the family owned feeling from them as opposed to the in and out rush of these franchise owned and operated businesses elsewhere! I will continue to come back to have my vehicle serviced!

If you are in need of an honest and fair shop with knowledgable mechanics, stop looking right now. I'll never take my vehicle elsewhere. A+ is kind, patient, and respectful, regardless of who you are. ----- I hate that this is even an issue, but it's worth mentioning for any women who have had a sketchy experience in the past with a repair shop. I was treated so poorly once in another shop that when I had questions, the service person asked to speak to my boyfriend or husband, rather than explain the diagnostics to me. ----- A+ is not like that at all - I was confident and comfortable with every person there. No bad vibes whatsoever.

If only there was a 6 star option! I was on a cross-country road trip and I pulled off the highway in Akron when my battery light came on. Larry and Junior were able to test for and diagnose the problem, look for a replacement part, and get a new alternator installed in just a few hours and I was on my way. You can tell Larry takes pride in his shop and special shout out to Junior who got me back on the road so quickly.

I came in for key being stuck in the ignition. They said replacing my alternator will fix the issue but it doesn’t not. My issue was not resolved and they make me paid full price without resolving my issue.
