I took my vehicle to Williams Automotive because the check engine light was on and it wouldn't pass e-check. They diagnosed the issue and explained what it would take to get it fixed. They didn't just replace the defective parts and hand the car back to me. They put in an extra 2.5 HOURS of time driving my car over the weekend to get the emissions system to the state that it would pass e-check AND they went to the e-check station to make sure it passed and got my vehicle's certificate for me. Friendly, honest, trustworthy and knowledgeable are all adjectives that I'd use to describe the guys that run Williams Automotive. I can't imagine taking our vehicles anywhere else.

took my 2005 BMW X3 3.0 to Williams automotive I needed a y'all rate sensor gas gauge needle did not register correctly and multiple check engine lights on. Also needed a gas tank pressure sensor. Took car to BMW of Akron first they gave me incorrect diagnosis and had me purchase wrong parts. Took car to Williams they diagnosed my issues fixed the vehicle all lights are gone gas needle is working correctly they were courteous and spent as much time as they needed to find all my issues. I am amazed of the work that they did and their price just blows the dealer away and I think they are way more honest at least they didn't sell me parts I didn't need.

Took my BMW here for a wheel bearing. Price was more than reasonable and the owner was incredibly friendly, which is pretty uncommon for a mechanic since they tend to be a little salty at times. He knows a lot about foreign cars and works quickly. Will exclusively be going to Williams in the future.

I had a dealership tell me that I needed a bunch of work done to my car. I took it to Ken for a second opinion. He looked the car over thoroughly, and told me not all they suggested was even necessary. Ken worked on my car first thing on a Saturday and had it ready for me in time to attend an event that evening. He did a ton of work, and the price was incredibly reasonable. I didn't realize how bad my car was riding until he worked on it. Now it is sound, with no bumps and rattles to be heard. He knows his stuff. This new shop is a godsend to our area, it's clean, great service, fair prices and locally owned. They have my business for life.

I can’t recommend Ken and Ken Jr. enough. As an owner of a rare W12 VW Phaeton, Kenny refused to give up on my car till we had the fuel / MAF issues resolved. Being one of less than 500 cars ever brought over from Germany, Kenny dove right in and absolutely nailed it and kept in constant contact the whole time. Awesome guys, awesome business, and I strongly recommend.

My vehicle recently surpassed both dealer and Mfg mileage warranties and I was looking for a local, honest, reliable, and fairly priced, automotive repair shop (sounds like snipe hunting right?). I am so pleased to have finally found one after my recent experience with Williams Automotive! They recently replaced a failing water pump on my Grand Cherokee, and the level of service from my initial contact to schedule the appointment through completion of the repair was impeccable. Ken, his son, and their team were very thorough and the repair was priced fairly. I recently took my Porsche 911 in for its annual service plus some parts replacement and performance items to be installed. I had been recommended to Williams from the dealer that I bought my car from and was extremely satisfied. It is a father and son owned and operated shop and that does excellent work and is extremely fair in their pricing. I had called several times to get recommendations on the car and they talked me through all aspects of what I needed to know since I am new to Porsche ownership. Not only do they work on exotics, but pretty much anything. I will be taking the rest of my vehicles to Williams for all of our automotive needs. Ken and Ken Jr. are top notch and very customer focused.
