We didn't have the work done.. stopped in to price tires for a customer of ours at Maple Street Motors. Didn't have work done because of the pricing of two tires. The tires were worth the money for the size. We had just found cheaper.

I been loyal to them since about 2004. Started with just getting used tires. Then they offered some quotes for car repairs to me and was just much cheaper than everywhere else I went too. They always been good to me and even looked out for me a few times when money was tight way back when. They have switched different mechanics over the years but it’s the shop that I trust. Overall great place

Probably the worst mechanics you can go to in north east Ohio. I used to go to them for a simple used tire swap, so I figured they’d also provide decent service for car issues. I realized I was charged 4-5x the price for issues and they kept my car for over a week for a simple brake line replacement. They only do cash deals to avoid the IRS. Do not go here if you actually care about your car or a good investment of your time and money

I went here for an inexpensive option for a flat tire I had. I bought a used tire with a little over half the tred on still. Good price. Quick service, but a week later my tire flew off my vehicle on the freeway. I called about another issue I had as well to replace a simple part and the guy told me I'd need a different type of test done first for there are 4 purge valves in my vehicle and that ranges from 50-400$. I called the dealership and confirmed there is one valve in the car. I just don't trust this place. On to the next.

Nice enough folks, direct and efficient. Gave me a hell of a deal, $117, on 2 pretty new tires in decent condition, and a mount/balance. Pulled up, and they had it jacked up and thr wheels off in about 5 minutes. Went through a quick showing of their used tire wares, and from what i could see they had some decent stock, and within 20 minutes, and they where dealing with about 4 other customers, i was back on the road and they seemed well balanced on the highway. If you want direct, efficient, and quick used tire replacement, this place gets my 5stars. Will definitely use their services again 👍

I don’t usually leave reviews here, but I just had to come and give this place five stars after the outstanding service I just received !! I remember coming here about a decade ago for a tire issue and the service was excellent then and nothing has changed. I needed brakes done, and they squeezed me in at the last minute. They noticed I needed front brakes and 2 front tires. I'm so glad they didn't play games with me since I'm a female. I got a quote on tires and front brakes. Everyone there was nice and had great customer service. I will be back.

I bought a tire Friday at 6 by Tuesday at 4am I was on the side of the road. I went to 2 places. I went to have it replaced and he wanted me to pay full price on a tire I just got Friday. Not a whole week! I offered to pay half he declined, and said he would take 10 off cuz he would be losing money. I'm good and I will never refer or take any of my cars down there. I will also keep posting because you don't deserve good business if you aren't giving it.. I would have had no issue for for another tire had it been something on my end. I would know If I hit a pothole in these Akron streets.

Called ahead, was told they have the size in stock. Drove there, and the employee said the owner lies to get people to stop in and then tries to sell them a Different size. Would not recommend the shop.

I had a very bad experience, they installed a new catalytic converter on my Van and when day finished the vehicle was sounding like it had no exhaust. They couldn't even figure it out until I got angry and walk away with my vehicle. A vehicle I paid $3000 for fixing. People should check where they go to fix their vehicles well

I do not advise going to these people I had to get two new tires because I had two molding tires. My tires were perfectly fine other than I needed better tread for the winter. I informed them that I have a minor child that's not even 18 months old in the vehicle. I am form them how I'm getting these tires because I want a safe vehicle for my child. They get me two tires which I just so happens to be the only two they had. Instead of informing me that they only had one tire that that was good enough to put on the vehicle they decided to just sell both of them to me. So one of them is dry rotted. They painted the tire to make it look new or something. So when 24 hours later the tire is flat I go back. They did not tell me there was any nails. I watched them fix the tire they did not pull any nails out and I was worried about them even patching the tire because you can't put patches too close to each other it will not hold. So now they're putting a third patch on the tire. I made sure to have a conversation with the owner before I left I don't advise putting a third patch on the tire it's not safe but if you insist he said that he could do it so I let him. I didn't said to him I want some reassurance if I have to come back for a third time I would assume I get a refund that this just isn't acceptable. He agreed with me in front of five different employees. So now I'm feeling a little bit more confident. But that was surely limited because 2 hours later I am now 10 lb under air. So I have to go back up here for the third time. I said to him we were just up here 2 hours ago this is kind of ridiculous what are what are we going to do. Some other boss that wasn't there before is a very angry and hostile he starts raising his voice and yelling at me telling me to go on over there I'm talking to him I need to find out from him. His worker then confirmed that yes I was just here earlier this morning that they put another patch another saying that there were nails in the tire. If there was nails in the tire then why did you not tell me that. So now your fabricating why there was a hole in the tire. They made us way 2 1/2 hours to fix this tire again they were so rude. Needless to say I didn't get no refund even though they said I would be getting one.they knew it was a bad tire from jump. They are so unprofessional and rude. I would never give them another penny
