Representative doing the estimate did a lousy job, missing most of the damage. I think she didn't care because I wasn't having the work done there. This forced MY body shop to go through additional steps they shouldn't have to, had she done her job correctly.

I’ve been going to Universal Body Shop for years and they always do a fantastic job! Staff is really friendly & super knowledgeable. The wheel wells on my truck were rusting and starting to look pretty bad, along with a bunch of other spots..took it to Universal and they got it looking brand new again! 5/5 stars

Over charges, do your due diligence and get prices from other places. I'd never ever recommend this place. I know a couple people that got took. Live and learn. Watch your wallet unless you just feel like giving your money away. True story.
