I stopped here a few times because of the few cents off diesel fuel, I know they don’t like credit cards cash only place, said to me it’s because the credit card fees, I don’t mind paying the2% and the owner refuses my credit card payment..,he doesn’t have to claim cash to “uncle SAM” workers are kind and friendly owners not so much. I would never recommend this place to anyone - the savings is not worth the patronage of this filthy place

i got a flat tire today and as im walking from the car to the gas station a bike pulls up with a very nice couple asking if i need help,said they own a shop and helped me get back on the road again. They went to get their truck and tools and put a brand new tire on my rim for a very good price and gave me a jump cause the battery died also. They were super friendly and I dont know what i would have done would they not have stopped. Just goes to show God really does put the right ppl in your path at the right time. And my car isnt squeaking anymore nor steering isn't shaking so that must have been what I needed all along a new tire. Thank U 2 again for helping us tonight.

I don't recommend this place at all. The owner is and older man and he treats his customers and employees like trash. I witnessed this with my own eyes. He forces his employees to work with no heat inside as well as in the garage bays no matter how cold it is outside. He is very disrespectful and degrading, embarrasses grown men employees right in front of customers. The lady that works register said that Mr Mash doesn't ever pay his employees on time. It's always 2-3 days late. He's not even nice or respectful to his customers who get services done. He talks down to them. I do not recommend supporting this man, Mr.Mash's business in any way. Not even for gas. I tipped a younger guy who put air in my tire Which is free, and the owner took it from him and told him that tip belonged to the shop. Unbelievable how this family is, nasty & hateful.

Outlook automotive is the real deal. Willing to go above and beyond to help you out and there prices are cheap and reasonable. So if you need a great mechanic Derek is the man. I would recommend him and iam definitely bringing my car back to him in the future. So if you need your vehicle fixed outlook automotive is the place to be. He'll also tow your car if need be.

Was looking to buy a car from one of the nearby lots and wanted a second opinion the salesman at the dealership was nice enough to tell me about outlook he called them they got me in on short notice and he gave the car a good inspection and his honest opinion he even got back with me in a timely manner later that day on what it would cost to fix everything he found he should advertise this service more it was only $50 but saved me alot more I would recommend anybody looking at a car in the area to give them a call and take it in money well spent with good people

This business are a bunch of crooks they damaged my car causing my wife and kids to have no transportation they did offer to correct the repair but because of the work they did and the way they treated me I will not let them correct the damages they tryed to pay me 80$ for 10 hours of my own work I had to do at there shop because my car sat for so long and today when I went to finally get the problem resolved instead of fixing the problem correcting there mistakes they had me trespassed and now I have to take them to court Derek Shane van dyne the owner has a recent history of destroying peoples property’s I was willing to settle for a 100 for the time I spent helping them get my car repairs save yourselves and stay away from this business damaged done on my car broke brand new battery put used one in from another customer car broke cut my steering boot off forgot to put steering pin in causing steering wheel to free spin when putting pin back in didn’t center wheel leaving it cut abs sensor left it with abs light on damaged body and paint during repair got the car back it didn’t run a week and transmission blew car was perfect before they touched it they zip tide my fuse box under the hood they offered to fix what they broke but I couldn’t trust that and will not let them touch it again they will duck and dodge you they live at the shop and play like they are not there and when having to confront you they will just call the cops and have you trespassed

It’s not often that a visit to an auto mechanic reaffirms your faith in humanity, but after a visit to Outlook Automotive I can testify that it can happen. After telling my tale of woe about a Jiffy Lube visit which knocked out my dashboard lights, Derek promised He'd work my truck in and take a look. I dropped my truck off and after a few hours Outlook was able to dig around and find that it was two blown fuses which were the problem. He replaced the fuses and declined to bill me anything for it saying that they felt guilty for charging for such a simple thing. Derek is terrific. He always works fast, goes the extra mile to check and fix little things, but never tries to upsell you on further services. Derek is also very friendly and approachable. No wonder he is always loaded up with customers and has fantastic reviews. You can kiss all the eeby-jeebies of auto-repair mistrust goodbye. Their prices are reasonable and they don’t over charge you or tack on hidden fees and costs at every opportunity. Definitely would recommend. 10/10.

The couple that owns this business are so friendly and honest. My repairs were fairly priced and I could tell they genuinely cared about their work. They went above and beyond with making sure everything was safe and good to go. Excellent communication as well and transparency. I will be coming back in the future, highly recommend!

I was leaving home and my neighbor noticed my tire was flat. He put air in it and tried to plug which resulted in a bigger hole. Every tire shop around was closed except Outlook Automotive. I called them and they were so nice and stayed open later to assist me. Also found me a used tire until I could buy one on Tuesday due to Labor Day weekend. They have my business for life.. customer service is so important me and they have great customer service. I added a pic below of the tire my neighbor destroyed.

I love this gas station, it's kind of like a throwback gas station and the prices reflect that, they have good quality gas at the cheapest prices in town and the staff there are very nice and very hospitable. I can't say enough good things about mash oil. If you're in the area or if you're not in the area come and check out this gas station. I don't usually give out five star ratings but this gas station/service station gets a five-star rating from me. I absolutely love it.

Throughout our time, their communication was outstanding with regular progress updates. It’s refreshing to see such good, honest people doing quality work at such a competitive price. Update!!! The owner reached out to my family member today and said he will not be fixing my bed cover due to this review!!! And sadly there isnt anything I can do about my fuel tank that he drilled a 3/4 inch hole in because after I left his shop my truck smelled like gas bad so I went to check it and sure enough there it was and I know it was Derek because he is the only shop I’ve been to…Pictures included I took my truck to get serviced here the owner Derek hit something in his shop with my truck and caused a sign to fall and rip my truck bed cover ($600). He told me he was going to order a new one and never did.. he dodged all my calls and when I went by to confront him the shop wasn’t there anymore… DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY OR THE OWNER!!!!! It’s been well over a month and I will sadly have to pay for the damages myself

Best place to gas up. Cash only. No good beer here do don't bother looking. And by no good beer i mean nothing over 8%alc. Great customer service. They close at 8pm so get there early. Don't be lazy.
