This shop doesn’t actually diagnostics do on cars they inspect it and fix what they THINK is wrong. They don’t even fix the proper issue, and the customer service is so horrible. DO NOT GO HERE

I have a 2005 BMW X3 that I took there regularly I got to know the owner pretty well and thought we became friends. All the while he was ripping me off. He replaced a mass air flow sensor for my BMW X3, six months later the part he put in which was aftermarket failed my check engine light came on he replaced it again but did not tell me it was the same part he previously changed and charged me full price to fix it. 30 days later my check engine light came back on he took the car to the dealer because I complained my problem was not fixed the dealer told him it was his aftermarket part the dealer replaced the aftermarket Part and charged him for diagnostic time and a small fee for a part adjustment and he tried to get me to pay for that. also I think this shop is fraud and would not recommend it. Also I had another car I took there for a tune-up estimate his price was kind of high so I let someone else do the tune-up the car did not run right so I took it back to him to correct the issues he let the car sit all day then called me later and said he looked at it and couldn't fix it but he never looked at the car. I know because I drove around his shop repeatedly and seen the car had never moved. He charged me diagnostic fees for that. I let that go because I could not prove it All the while he was my personal mechanic for years you can't trust anyone itexperiences good good luck I would go to Williams automotive or Andrews in North Canton or b&k automotive on Manchester for all my foreign car needs

Awful communication, and terrible customer service. I was left in the dark for several days on process, had to contact them about updates to the car. Would not negotiate with us on price even after being inconvenienced for a week because it would "hurt their business". Car had multiple things still wrong with it after we picked up. These were not even mentioned after a diagnostic was completed: AC doesnt work, a headlight is out, the hood doesnt latch, there is a converter warning light on still AND they broke the muffler pipe repairing my car. Do NOT use these people. Go elsewhere if you want good customer service and repair.

I brought my 2012 VW Routan to ST Foreign and Domestic Automotive when it started acting up. Needed coil packs replaced, and they got it done fast. My van runs great now, no issues. The owner was kind, didn’t overcharge, and made sure I was good. As a Black woman on a tight budget, I really appreciated the fair price and solid work. The shop’s legit, and I’d go back.
