Needed a tire fixed late in the evening & drove to Ace Tire. Sean was super nice from the phone call to getting my tire replaced. He was very polite & conscious on safety while working. Also dealt with another young man who was very helpful too but was at the end of his shift. Prices are very good - will return!

Took my jeep in today ,needed two front tires. It did take a little while to get it done, they were super busy. However, the customer service i received was phenomenal. The only guy working was awesome. Worked fast trying to get everyone in and out and was super sweet the whole time. Gave me a great price as well. I dont mind if the wait time is a little longer when i receive great customer service and low prices.

Every time I come to this place they change their hours. Online it says it closes at 930p. I’ve been there multiple times and one day it closes at 8p, the next 7p and the next 6p.

This place really did us a solid. Shawn helped us so much. Definitely would recommend him to anyone. He is one of the first tire mechanics that actually cared and seem to treat us like humans rather than taking advantage and making a quick buck. Would definitely come here next time.

Sean needs to hold a Master class in customer service. I had a great experience interacting with him and his crew. I got a set of four Goodyear Assurance Max tires with, at least 85% of the tread life still left on the tire, plus balancing, mounting and the exchange of my old tires for a VERY REASONABLE price. I have a 2011 Kia Sportage with over 320,000 miles on it and with the "new" tires on it, it rides GREAT. I was in and out in about an hour. I HIGHLY recommend ACE Tire in North Akron. Highly!!!!

Along with the owner ordering New Tires for my car and giving me a price that more than beat others his employee Shawn was very reassuring that this could happen and I’d be pleased !!! I was happy with what he showed me and not only did he take old tires off to replace with new I was informed that it looked like a part was defaulting “he was correct” I am very pleased with customer care I received and will be referring my experience to friends and family. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. My husband came to this place to get some used tires. Sean did a horrible job by over tightening the lug nuts which stripped it and cause the studs to pop off. We came back to the place to have it fixed and they kept giving us the run around. we now have lost 3 lug nuts on one wheel that they promised they would fixed. They kept having us come back and fourth saying that they would fix it all for it to be another excuse each time we came. Sean said he would cover the cost of everything since he caused it. I have video footage of him saying this as i recorded after a few times of us showing up all for them to do nothing. I guess the boss is brothers with an ex mayor of Akron so he feels powerful (this was told to us by Sean) because he was made aware of the issue but told us after several requests to speak to him that we needed to pay for whatever was wrong even though Sean- his employee is at fault. Now we have to pay $500 to have the damages repaired and we are pissed off! Save yourselves the trouble and DO NOT GO HERE. EDIT: look at the owners response as he does not want to take accountability but guest what, i have all receipts!! 6/12 was just last month!! not 3 months ago! i will also post the video on social media! The owner is a LIAR. I’be only now reviewed after realizing they are not going to take accountability and resolve the issue

Been going to Ace for 10 years and never had any complaint. Exceptional service and good price on quality used tires. I work at Auto Body shop but we dont sell tires. I refer all our customers to Ace for all tire & wheels they need.
