I ordered a handful of shirts from Underground Printing as a gift for some dear friends. Not only did the shirts turn out much better than I expected but my interaction with Amity and the rest of the team was nothing but amazing. They checked in with me every step of the way, reviewing ever step, insuring that I was getting what I wanted. They suggested options and addons but it felt like they were just trying to help me realize my design better. I never felt pushed, pressured, or like I was getting a hard sell.
There was not a single step in the process where I felt frustrated, confused, or out of touch with exactly what was happening. The follow up after the shirts were delivered (exactly on the day/time they promised) was wonderful. They checked in with me and made sure I got them and that I was happy with them.
From the beginning of my design and ordering process to weeks after they were delivered to me I have been treated like a VIP. They pricing is extremely competitive and I'd willingly pay a little more for the quality of the service and the incredible customer service and experience.

I had a great experience at UGP, especially compared to other companies my organization has used in the past. My representative was in frequent contact with me throughout the entire process, updating me on deadlines and allowing me to review and make changes to the design. My order was ready by the deadline originally given to me despite making a change in the design. Communication via email also made it easy to review information given to me and worked around my inconsistent schedule.

I ordered a large number of t-shirts for a softball tournament and the staff was very friendly and helpful! They helped me navigate the licensing process and were patient with us as we got our orders together. Additionally they were flexible when we had last minute design issues. I have had custom shirts printed by a few different companies, and Underground Printing is absolutely the best. They have done 3 orders for me making over 50 shirts, and every one of them was exactly to my specifications and of great quality. They even sold me shirts made of excellent hemp fabric at an unbeatable price. Here’s what you need to know: Excellent customer service. Olivia was extremely helpful and answered questions about custom printing and stock products. Decent value that's reasonable in pricing for the in-stock tee shirts, caps, mugs, and other merch.
Overall the service made for a great experience.
They had long sleeved and short sleeved tees in different cotton blends. Everything is priced around $20-25
