Needed a new sliding door window installed on a RAM Promaster van. I had purchased the window from a custom shop and thought I could install it myself. Too big of a project for me so I took it to American Eagle. They did an excellent job installing the window and returned the original window to me. Highly recommend this place.

Don't usually do this but my son is home sick today with a fever, and American Eagle Auto Glass hooked me up, and made two stressful things - a sick kid and a car issue - both much less stressful today ❤️ On a drive up to Indy Saturday, something from the truck in front of us blew into the windshield and cracked it. I tried to get an appointment with them for later today so I wouldn't have to drag my son along or leave him alone. Instead, they came to me, no extra charge, fixed it in 10 minutes, and I didn't have to go past the parking lot. 10/10. Recommend. No notes.

I was on a road trip when my passenger window got busted out. I called American Eagle Auto Glass in the late afternoon, and they got me in the next morning for a replacement. I was out in less than an hour. They did fantastic work. Everything works perfectly, no squeaks, no rattles and you would never know anything happened. They worked through my insurance (Geico) and the process was as seamless as could be.

The price was great for a new windshield and included travel to me for installation. I was quickly scheduled and the installation was fast. However, my two dislikes are not being told a specific time of arrival at time of schedule (just sometimes during a certain day) and shards of glass were left on my dashboard and air vents.

Set up install for first appointment of the day, they call at 11:45. I had things planned for the afternoon. If noon is first appointment of the day and they quit at 5, I'll have to see if I can get an application for a job there. Not very professional in my opinion. I'm going elsewhere.

The appointment time was honored, service was faster than I expected. Cheaper than the nationwide chain store with no annoying advertising.

Had a severely cracked windshield and got quotes from several places to get a new windshield and recalibration of my safety systems. American Eagle Auto Glass quoted the cheapest (total out the door less than the $750 that SafeLite wanted just to recalibrate), I dropped it off just before 10 and it was done by noon. The glass looks flawless, I couldn’t find any defects and there was no additional wind or road noise noticeable after the repair. My safety features and cruse control all seem to be working perfectly, everything checked out! Was well worth it and if I ever have any windshield needs and am in the area again (active duty military stationed out of state) I will definitely be going back!

I've had two windshields replaced by American Eagle and both were flawless. Done quickly, and they have the equipment to recalibrate my Subaru EyeSight camera system. I used aftermarket glass, but it was very reasonably priced - and done in a morning (I left the car there). Keep up the great work, and support a local business!
