It is a very new store there Official opening day is tomorrow but they are taking customers. Its a clean shop and they got my job done in a timely manner. Their prices are far and they are very helpful and knowledgeable. I will definitely come back

I had an appointment for a flat tire. Unfortunately Belle Tire didn't have any of my tires in stock so they put on the full spare. I bought a new tire on Walmart.com and it was delivered in a few days. I returned the next week to Belle Tire for an appointment to have the new tire installed and the rude clerk said that it would be 4 hours. Why make appointments then? Especially after I already had to sit there for two hours the week before just to be told the tire wasn't in stock. I left and had the tire installed across the street at Walmart immediately, and without an appointment. Belle Tire is a joke and the employees are unhelpful.

I asked to change the oil, after they did as soon as I drove out the workshop, the oil light turned on and the engine light as well it the car engine started shaking . I don't recommend going here. They changed the light but ruined other things. --------- After around three weeks. The engine failed. They refused to do anything about it. I went to other mechanics and everything related to oil was ruined plus I need a new engine because the car drove without oil caused of what they did. Don't do anything here except changing tires. The mechanics and the rest of the staff are bad communicators. THEY LITERALLY RUINED MY CAR. I have an inspection before buying the car two months before what happened. The car had no problems.

This place makes a fool out of me everytime I think I'll have an at least "okay" experience. Regardless if you set an appointment, call in ahead, or whatever you do, whatever you need done isn't happening anywhere remotely close to the time they give you or even that day. The last time I told myself I'd never come back was when I bought new tires and one of the tires were nearly flat the next day. I called for a flat repair and was told they'd fit me in, but once I got there they said they couldn't get me until later that week... For a flat repair. I ended up taking it to Tirebarn. Before that was scheduling an appointment for a set of 2 tires on a truck for 4pm, and not getting out of the shop until almost 9pm The nail in the coffin now is needing a set of 2 loose wheels and tires swapped out... They told me they didn't sell and wouldn't order a set of nitto tires for my car Which is whatever. I ordered the tires off tire rack and waited for them to come to my house. When I got them, I called belle tire and asked if they'd get me in today. He said as long as you drop them off before 4pm we'll get them done for you. He then ran the fees and totals and said it'd be between 80-100 dollars and I said that's fine. I then drive an hour away to drop these wheels and tires off. I tell the man at the front desk that was the same person I talked to on the phone that I called a couple hours ago about some loose wheels and tires. He says "Oh we won't be able to get you in today, I can try to get you in later this week if that's okay" Dude, why would you tell me you can get me in today if I drop them off before 4 (it was roughly 3:15) if you're going to tell me you can't fit me in when I get there... Every time I think I'll give this place another chance for the upteenth time they make a clown out of me. I get trying to be the cheapest tires around, But it's absolutely wild how this place gets as many customers as it does.

In for a tire upgrade at Belle Tire, Iain took good care of my car. Plastic cover on the steering wheel and driver seat is not something I have seen in my previous 7 years of being in Indiana. My previous cars had either steering wheel grease or stains in the driver seat. Fully recommend this place.

Having checked in as soon as they opened and 30 minutes after my appointment time, I was beginning to think "no appointments needed" was the thing. Also, they don't like making appointments just for tire rotations even when you purchased at the same location. Two phone calls and a personal visit was needed just to get the appointment.

3 different Belle Tire shops, 3 different opportunities to shine and all three failed! 1. Purchased tire and took 6 hours and a gouge out of tire rim due to machine had wrong parts, and one tire kept loosing air. 2 went in for tire rotation and to get tire leak fixed and told it was a stem still leaking and did not switch out sensors so wrong tire showed leaking, 3. Made appointment for oil change, fuel filter change and after 2 hours I asked when I will be in? The tech is not here. So I went to another place. 4 back again to see why tire is leaking and 4 hours later im told it’s a stem issue and I have to pay for it and wait for 3 days for it to come in! Never again !

WORST DECISION I'VE MADE IN A LONG TIME !!! MY CAR HAS BEEN MESSED UP FOR 3 DAYS NOW. 10-30-25 I BOUGHT 2 FRONT TIRES FOR $350 & GOT AN ALIGNMENT FOR $170. IT DROVE OK FOR A LIL BIT, NOW A TIRE SENSOR IS SCREWED UP & THROWING 17 DIFFERENT CODES THATS CAUSED ME TO LOSE POWER & SOMETIMES NOT EVEN BE ABLE TO GO AFTER PUTTING IT IN DRIVE. I WENT BACK TO SHOW THEM THE PROBLEM BUT NOPE, THEY REFUSED ACCEPT RESPONSIBILITY OR FIX IT. THEY WANT ME TO TAKE IT TO MY DEALERSHIP SO I HAVE TO PAY FOR SOMEONE ELSE TO FIX THEIR MISTAKE 🤔🤔🤔 I LITERALLY BEGGED THEM TO FIX THE SENSOR BUT NOPE & I HONESTLY DON'T UNDERSTAND WHY IT'S SO HARD FOR THEM TO FIX IT. After spending some time weighing my options online, I chose Belle Tire for a non-emergency, but relatively urgent, replacement of my front tires. I made my appointment and chose my tires online. As It was 12pm on a Saturday, there were several people ahead of me in the queue once I arrived at the store. The wait area was clean and the guys up front were welcoming when I dropped off the keys. Because it was busy (again, it was a Saturday; anyone upset about waiting a bit for a service on a day that most folks are doing their errands and running around on needs to gain a better understanding of how the seven-day week tends to work) I walked to a store down the road to stretch my legs. After a while, Nick (GM) reached out to let me know that my vehicle desperately needed an alignment. I was hesitant given the unexpected expense, but Nick gladly worked with me under the circumstances and immediate need for an adjustment. The technician—whose name I wish I had remembered for this review—that assisted me during pick-up was extremely courteous as he went over the service with me. I thanked Nick and the technician before leaving, and I will gladly be returning for scheduled maintenance in the future. Excellent customer service and excellent work.

Had a flat tire on our way to Indy. Nick told us they would work us in & he could have it done in a hour. Waited 2 hours & he told us he had 3-4 cars ahead of us. We called Tire Barn then & they told us to come on over. They fixed it right away & 30 min. later we were back on the road again. Very dissatisfied with service. Had to reschedule my appointment in Indy twice while we waited. Would not recommend!

I have always had good luck with this Belle location. Always had great service and prompt turnaround times. Pricing was competitive on the tires I purchased. The workmanship left a lot to be desired. They did not clean up double sided tape from old wheel weights inside the wheels, gouged the wheel from prying off the lip mounted wheel weights on the inside as well, and lastly put a DEEP scratch right in the machined face of the wheel. You should not have to sacrifice the quality of your wheels when having tires replaced. These were not difficult wheels or tires to request mounting. Very careless by the technician and very disappointed with the quality of service. Will require a lot of thought to ever decide to use this location again.

I had to stop in this summer for some two tires when I realized that I had some tread showing on the inside of front tires. I will say it was a weekend and they told me I could come in early the next day as a walk-in. That seemed reasonable since I didnt have an appt. I got my tires and an oil change. Went on my way. Driving later that day I realized that my car started to shake once I got down the road going over 65. I checked my receipt and that is when I noticed I was charged for a warranty on each tire that no one asked me if I wanted. They just gave me a total and sent sent me on my way. No point during check out was I asked if I wanted to purchase a warranty. Next , I assumed since we talked they would do an inspection and advise if I needed anything else like an alignment etc. Kinda strange suddenly my suv was shaking when it didnt have the issue before. I called and tried to schedule a follow up but there wasnt an opening until the next wekeend blah blah blah. The woman that answered the phone didnt even offer to refund anything about the warranty when I told her. She did apologize. In the meantime, I did go somewhere else and it was advised my breaks pads were low and needed to be replaced. So I went ahead and had my alignment and brakes handled elsewhere. At this point, I just let it all go until I had an oil change the other day. It was very the recommended date from Belle Tire but with synthetic, I was only over a few hundred miles so it didnt seem like a big deal. I went to the place I normally go to they took one look at my oil and specifically asked if I actually had an oil change. It was black and barely any left ( not to mention I dont know if fluid top offs are usually included but where I go to usually does that for me and at the same I happen to run out of washer fluid) I told the new place " well yeah I paid for it and I have the sticker" they told me I should call back and have Belle Tire confirm because they do not beleive anyway that ai had an oil change this summer. They actually sent me a photo from under my hood of the filter where it shows the signature of the person ( at my usual place) and dated 2024 which the last time I had my oil changed previously wss Dec 2024 since I dont drive locally much The whole experience based on everything, I dont actually know if they really gave me an oil change and it this point its been way to much of a hassle to deal with and I wouldn't go back there unless there was absolutely no other option.
