The guys at Strickland brothers are very professional, and honest, not like others in Bloomington . I have 2 vehicles i take to them . Great service but with what I paid I think you need to check all the fluids and top them off like other oil changing places do. Due to them not doing that will keep me from not returning there. I spent 178.00 they did change the air filter and I got new washing wipers so with that price the fluids should have been checked and topped off.

Do not use this location. After an oil change here, my vehicle developed serious issues. A dealership later confirmed the engine had been overfilled with oil, which caused oil-fouled spark plugs and required repairs. Additional oil-related leaks were later identified, consistent with damage from improper service. When I brought this to Strickland Brothers’ attention with documentation, they refused responsibility with no remedy to the situation.

Poor customer service. Didn't say hello no smile he did offer a water and then told me to listen to his commands. Not a very good way to invite someone into your business. Then the manager stood in front of the car and stared at me like he wanted to fight. Again not a very good way to treat your customers. So after 15 years of going to this place I will pay double before I come back. I don't take kindly to being treated as if I'm your employee.

Was in a hurry because I was leaving town and just goggled nearest quick change oil service . I will definitely go back and recommend to anyone. Great service and customer care. Upon pulling up to the bay David came out with a bottle of water as a complementary gesture. He asked for our information and asked to follow his directions to ensure a safe process upon driving in and service. The guys were busy but productive. I went in today to get an oil change. My experience today was much better than the last. The technicians were very honest and advised me that I was not due for an oil change yet according to the information in their system. They proceeded to do a courtesy inspection. They checked my oil to make sure that it was still in good, clean condition and full as well as topped off my other fluids. I think this is outstanding customer service and after my very first visit not going well I had thought about not returning. I’m extremely glad I did. I will continue to do business with you.
